So the votes are in!! It’s been decided by y’all our drive through coffee cart will be called…drum roll please…
The Smokin’ Goose Fly-Thru! 🥳
No doubt it’ll be shortened to the Fly-Thru by us locals. We’ve really enjoyed reading everyone’s creative ideas and comments, we got some laughs like the Goose Caboose 😂 maybe for the next project!
We’ll be stocking our own hearty Smokehouse BBQ Pies. Our range will grow with time, so stay tuned for updates, we’re starting off small. Eventually our specialty sandwiches and salads will make its way into the cart!

We’re also super excited to be serving fresh roasted beans from Fusion Coffee, our local neighbours in Mount Maunganui. Fi has years of experience and has been amazing supporting us and helping the team learn how to create the best coffees to serve you 😋 ☕️
And of course last but not least the amazing Fly-Thru team Shavaughn and Trinity will be sure to brighten your mornings with a warm service and some good ol banter. They’re ready and rearing to go!! 💥
