This Sunday we celebrate Pentecost (based on the Greek word for fiftieth) and the final part of May Mission Month. At Pentecost we remember when, 50 days after Jesus rose from the dead, God poured out his Holy Spirit on people in a new way. Our guest speaker, Paul Jones, will explore how Pentecost is God inviting us into His Story and empowering us to participate. We have an interview with Ross and Cindy Meyer, our mission partners in Bangladesh. There is an opportunity to respond through pledging to the mission offering, signing up to support mission partners in prayer or indicating an interst in exploring a call to mission locally or globally.
