Wonderful work by The Village Church and Community Centre ☺️

The Village church clothing shop was asked if they had warm clothes and blankets for those without stable housing, by a volunteer with another church group which provides breakfast and clothing/blankets for twenty and thirty people at Cathedral Square on Sunday mornings.
In July, the Village had warm clothing and blankets sponsored by those in the church and $180 was donated to support the Sunday breakfasts. Great job team! 🤩❤️

Our friends at Cashmere Presbyterian Church are getting stuck into the question of AI. Can the use of AI be ethical? What does it mean for our faith and humanity? They have some excellent speakers on board including Dr Stephen Garner as keynote. Worth popping along to on the 28th - 29th August.
