During the Eid ul Adha festivities of 2024, the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community in Pakistan faced severe human rights violations. Across various districts, members of the community were targeted, detained and harassed for attempting to perform their religious rite.

The International Human Rights Desk published a special report documenting the targeted violence and discrimination.

Ahmadi Muslims in Pakistan continue to be persecuted which dates back to the constitutional amendment of 1974, that declared Ahmadis non-Muslims.
