*Sri Narasimha Jayanti Celebration*

Hare Krishna dear devotees and well-wishers,

Sri Sri Radha Damodar Temple warmly invites you to celebrate the divine appearance day of Lord Narasimha Deva, the protector of devotees and destroyer of all obstacles, on *Thursday, 30th April 2026 from 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM.* The festival schedule will be as follows:

• 6:30 PM – Narasimha Katha & Bhajans
• 7:00 PM onwards – Kirtan
• 7:30 PM – Abhishek Ceremony, followed by Aarti & Maha-Prasadam

On this sacred day, Lord Narasimha appeared to protect His pure devotee Prahlāda Mahārāja and to annihilate the demon Hiraṇyakaśipu. As Śrīla Prabhupāda explains, the Lord descends to protect His devotees and uphold righteousness. His appearance reminds us that sincere devotion is always protected and that the Lord is ever-present, ready to guide and shelter those who surrender unto Him.

In honour of the passing of Kanti Punja Prabhu, Sri Sri Radha Damodar Temple will be hosting special evening prayers and kirtan from Monday to Thursday, 7:00pm to 8:30pm, at the temple.

All devotees are warmly invited to join us as we come together to offer our respects and honour one of our foremost devotees, who played a significant role in the establishment of major ISKCON/Gaudiya Math temples in New Zealand and Fiji.
