अक्सर ऐसा होता है कि हमारी चिंताएँ हमारे मन को नकारात्मकता की ओर ले जाती हैं, जिससे ईश्वर में हमारा विश्वास डगमगा जाता है। अपने पूज्य गुरुजी की असीम शक्ति को जानते हुए भी हम गहरे निराशावाद के घेरे में आ जाते हैं। मनुष्य होने के नाते, विपत्तियों के समय हम ईश्वर में विश्वास खो देते हैं, लेकिन हम सभी को गुरुजी में अटूट विश्वास बनाए रखने का भरसक प्रयास करना चाहिए। विश्वास ही उनकी कृपा लाता है, समर्पण के द्वारा ही हम उनका आशीर्वाद प्राप्त कर सकते हैं। सकारात्मक रहें और सब कुछ उन पर छोड़ दें। वे आपके संघर्षों को जानते हैं... वे अपने समय पर सब कुछ ठीक कर देंगे।

लोगों के प्रति कठोर मत बनो। यदि किसी से घृणा हो तो उसके प्रति अमानवीय व्यवहार मत करो। शांत रहने का प्रयास करो। जीवन में हम अक्सर अनावश्यक चीजों में उलझ जाते हैं जो न केवल हमारी मानसिक शांति को भंग करती हैं बल्कि सभी के जीवन में नकारात्मकता लाती हैं। चीजों को जाने देना सीखो। यह जीवन कोई दौड़ या प्रतियोगिता नहीं है। बस विनम्र और दयालु बनो और सकारात्मकता फैलाओ। जियो और दूसरों को भी जीने दो। अच्छे कर्म करो और दूसरों का न्याय करने या उनके जीवन में तांक-झांक करने के बजाय अपने जीवन पर ध्यान केंद्रित करो। ईश्वर उन लोगों पर अपनी कृपा बरसाता है जो दूसरों के लिए आशीर्वाद बनते हैं।
