Evening folks

Psalm 19: 1-4
'The heavens declare the glory of Elohim; and the firmament shows His handiwork. Day unto day utters speech, and night unto night reveals knowledge. There is no speech nor language where their voice is not heard.
Their line has gone out through all the earth and their words to the end of the world.'

We are in the last days and the Word of Elohim, both the written word and the Living Word (Messiah), have gone out from Jerusalem, the city of the Great King, to the ends of the earth. Both the Scriptures or Tanakh in Hebrew and the Gospel ( Good news) have reached many. Even His own creation declare there is a Living Elohim who created them. Heaven and Earth are witnesses to everything we do.

Yah bless those who have suffered for the Kingdom of Elohim.

Conflict is opportunity for growth. If you avoid conflict then you avoid growth. It's the same as if you avoid the gym because you don't like the resistance of the weights—you are avoiding the opportunity to become stronger! God's people are not to avoid conflict; we are equipped by the Holy Spirit and commanded to biblically resolve conflict with Godly wisdom. "So if you are offering your gift at the altar and there remember that your brother has something against you, leave your gift there before the altar and go. First be reconciled to your brother, and then come and offer your gift" (Matthew 5:23-24). Jim Staley

Evening folks

YHWH delivered the Israelites from Egypt and then allowed them to wander the desert for 40 years. Why? Because although they had left Egypt, Egypt had NOT YET left them. After salvation there is a process of sanctification—a process of being set apart unto God—that He wants His people to go through (for our own good). This is what Unleavened Bread (Ex. 12) teaches us. We are saved and redeemed by the blood of Yeshua (Jesus), our Passover lamb, so that we can be sanctified and set apart through a process of trials, tribulation, learning God's commands, and the often painful removing of "leaven" from the dark corners of our hearts.

To end the week let us hear from the prophet YeshaYahu (Isaiah)..

Isaiah 59: 1 - 3
'Behold, YHWH's hand is not shortened (limited or powerless), that it cannot save; nor His ear heavy that it cannot hear.
But your INIQUITIES (false or immoral behaviour) have separated you from your Elohim; and your SINS have hidden His face from you so that He will NOT hear.
For your hands are DEFILED with blood (violence) and your fingers (works) with iniquity. Your lips have spoken LIES, your tongue has muttered perversity.'

This is a testimony of how powerful and merciful our Abba in heaven can be.

When Israel left the God that brought them out of Egypt (slavery or bo***ge) and worshiped other idols, their God was furious and jealous. For years he sent prophets to them 'rising up early in the morning' until the evening to proclaim the message of repentance to them that they may turn back (repent) from the wrong way of the heathens to the way He taught them through Moses. Despite the effort and commitment of His prophets, no one in Israel return to the true God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, their forefathers. He then allowed armies to harass them starting from the Assyrians and they were finally destroyed and taken into captivity by the Babylonians in the reign of king Nebuchadnezzar.

During the times of their disobedience the above words from Isaiah echoed throughout Israel to confirm that He has an open arm for anyone who wants to return back to Him, the God of their forefathers. Their sins, from small to big, will separate them from their God and all diseases and troubles will fall on them if they do not heed the prophet and RETURN to their God.

As Isaiah wrote, 'YHWH's hand is not shortened nor He doesn't listen'. He cares, merciful and full of compassion but if we continue to reject and decide not to heed the message of REPENTANCE brought by the prophets and our Messiah when he proclaimed, 'Repent for the Kindom of Heaven is at hand' (Mathew 4: 17), we will perish just as the sons of Israel did when they did not heed the message of the prophets.

Our Messiah, Yahshua (a.k.a. Jesus), came for the same purpose. To return us back to the Father and that we may, as wild olive trees, be grafted into the tree of Israel.

He is still opening His arms and He is still listening to our prayers and for those who do not know his calling remember this verse;

Revelation 22:17
17 And the Spirit and the bride say, “Come!” And let him who hears say, “Come!” And let him who thirsts come. Whoever desires, let him take the water of life freely.

Sprinkled and washed with pure water.

As He promised and prophesied by Ezekiel before to His own people (Israel);

'For I will take you from among the nations, gather you out of all countries, and bring you into your own land.
Then I will SPRINKLE CLEAN WATER on you, and you shall be clean; I will cleanse you from all filthiness and from all your idols.
I will give you a NEW HEART and put a NEW SPIRIT within you; I will take the heart of STONE out of your flesh and give you a heart of flesh.
I will put MY SPIRIT within you and cause you to walk in My statutes, and you will KEEP MY judgements and do them.' (Ezekiel 36: 24 - 27)

His people failed and strayed from the way that He showed them through Moses (law and commandments) and the prophets. But He promised that He will once again clean them of this filthiness and sinful acts and their Messiah was their sacrificial lamb. The LAMB OF GOD!
His blood, instead of sprinkling it on the Altar at the temple, was entered into the Heavenly tabernacle of God and became the blood of atonement, not only for Israel, but for all mankind who believe in Him. For those of us who have believed in this sacrifice we were given Holy Spirit from above to enable us to walk and obey just as our Messiah did when He was in the FLESH! We were given a new heart (LOVE) and a new Spirit (Holy Spirit on the day of Pentecost) to help us in our walk in life. No longer a heart of stone (stubborn heart) but a heart of flesh (soft and humble to obey God) that we may read and understand His will towards us.

We are reminded by the writer of Hebrew;
Heb. 10: 19 - 25
19 Therefore, brethren, having boldness to enter the Holiest by the blood of Jesus, 20 by a new and living way which He consecrated for us, through the veil, that is, His flesh, 21 and having a High Priest over the house of God, 22 let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our HEARTHS SPRINKLED from an evil conscience and our bodies WASHED WITH PURE WATER. 23 Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful. 24 And let us consider one another in order to stir up love and good works, 25 not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as is the manner of some, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching.

Hope you will be reminded of the day of your calling and your conversion and endure all things to the end. Look around you, there is so much war in the world and a sign of His return is at hand.

The Spirit is willing but the flesh is weak. Yet He will guide you and strengthen you if you continue in faith.

P.S. Baptism is an outward sign of an inward faith. We have all been baptized with water and we have been given HOLY SPIRIT from above to do as He pleases.

Micah 6: 6 - 8

6. With what shall I come before YHWH and bow myself before the High Elohim?
Shall I come before Him with burn offerings, with calves a year old?
7. Will YHWH be pleased with thousands of rams, ten thousand rivers of oil?
Shall I give my first born for my transgression,
The fruit of my body for the sin of my soul?
8. He has shown you, O man (Adam), what is good;
And what does YHWH require of you but to DO JUSTLY , to LOVE MERCY and to WALK HUMBLY with your Elohim?

Now compare this to what He (Messiah) quoted from the book of Hosea 6: 6

"Those who are well (self righteous) have no need of a physician, but those who are sick. But go and learn what this means: "I desire mercy and not sacrifice." For I did not come to call the righteous (self righteous), but sinners, to REPENTANCE.' (Mathew 9: 12- 13)

Israel failed in doing their duty to their God. They were (and still) to be the light for the world but because of unjust judgement, affliction of the poor, corruption in priesthood and unfair treatment of the widows and fatherless, the sacrifices on His altar were no longer a pleasing aroma to Him. To love the poor and mercy or compassion on fellow brethren was all He require of them.

Blessed be His Son, Yahshua haMashiakh (aka Jesus the Christ) for the teaching and returning the knowledge of Elohim and His will to mankind that will all may live for Him and be part of His coming Kingdom. Hallelu Yah!

Are you your brother's or sister's keeper?

Let's see this verse...

Genesis 4: 9
Then Yehovah said to Cain, "Where is Abel your BROTHER?" He said, "I do not know, Am I my brother's KEEPER?"

Prior to the above conversation, Two BROTHERS, worshiped the AND believed in the same Mighty One (God). They brought offerings from their produce. One's offering was respected more or much pleasing than the other. But at the end one killed the other over envy, hatred and without compassion, love or mercy.

I read this many times and I know that God was right when He asked Cain regarding the where about of his BROTHER not FRIEND, MATE OR NEIGHBOR.

YES, he is his brother's keeper. As a child of God, he is to find a lost brother of sister and brought him back to the fold. But Cain did not count Abel as a brother even though they were under the same protection and guidance of YHWH their GOD.

We are brothers to those whom we worship our God with through Yeshua (Jesus). We are our brother's keepers. Envy, hatred, unkind, gossiping, and all kind of ungodly behavior towards our fellow worshipers is the same a killing a person physically.

1 John 3:10-12 (NIV)

10 This is how we know who the children of God are and who the children of the devil are: Anyone who does not do what is right is not God’s child, nor is anyone who does not love their brother and sister.
11 For this is the message you heard from the beginning: We should love one another. 12 Do not be like Cain, who belonged to the evil one and murdered his brother. And why did he murder him? Because his own actions were evil and his brother’s were righteous.

Love one another and remember that the one sitting next to you at the assembly, worshiping and singing to God with a heart full of thanks giving is your Spiritual Brother and Yehovah is your Father.

Ibri (Hebrew) word 'Chamas' (Khamas) or pronounced HAMAS!

Genesis 6: 11
New International Version (NIV)
11 Now the earth was corrupt in God’s sight and was full of VIOLENCE.

New King James Version (NKJV)
11 The earth also was corrupt before God, and the earth was filled with VIOLENCE.

New Living Translation (NLT)
11 Now God saw that the earth had become corrupt and was filled with VIOLENCE.

New American Standard Bible (NASB)
11 Now the earth was corrupt in the sight of God, and the earth was filled with VIOLENCE.

The following is what I have found on looking closer at the Hebrew….
Chamas the very last word in this verse above has a very suitable meaning in Hebrew, Chamas which is the name for the Palestinian terrorist group we know as Hamas is actually spelt Chamas (חָמָס) which aptly means violence or destruction.

This group is all about violence in the name of their mighty one (Eloah).

According to Proverbs 29:18, there is a direct connection between a lack of prophetic vision and lawlessness. We must not be like Esau who lacked vision and thus traded his birthright to satisfy a momentary desire; we should be like Jacob who was able to look ahead towards God’s promise. This means that we should be “spiritually minded” instead of being “fleshly minded.” According to Paul in Romans 8:7, the flesh does not submit to God’s law; it is only concerned with submitting to its own desires -- this is Esau. The Spirit, on the other hand, enables us to fulfill the law (Romans 8:4). When we walk according to The Spirit, we are looking ahead towards God's promise.

Wonder why he calls those that belong to him 'children of Elohim (God)'........NOT..... 'adults of Elohim'...........haha.

So that we can become like children. Trusting the Father and know that all sources of life comes from Him. The father gives children 'instructions' to live by and children obeys knowing that their source of life blesses them and rewards them when they do according to 'instructions' (Torah) of the Book. This is refered only to the BORN AGAIN believer who has accepted the blood sacrifice of the Messiah and His salvation. Those who are willing to follow the Word (Messiah).

Math. 18: 1 - 5.
1 "Who then is greatest in the kingdom of heaven?"
2 Then Yeshua called a little child to Him, set him in the midst of them
3 and said, "Assuredly, I say to you, unless you are converted and become as little children, you will by no means enter the kingdom of heaven.
4 "Therefore whoever humbles himself as this little child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven.
5 "Whoever receives one little child like this in My name receives Me."
Well you see, children in reality are still in a learning process. They ask questions, ask their fathers for help, they rely on their father to direct their paths and they hear and obey what they are told for they KNOW NOTHING. Teenagers and adults are not children. But children are those before teenage years. And the Father expects all of us who wants to be His children to be LIKEWISE. That we may all think that we are still learning how to Walk on this corruptible world, only in that way He can lead us through the Spirit when we finally learn to subject our flesh to the Holy Spirit He gave us as our Helper.
Israel is called the CHILDREN OF ELOHIM (GOD). The whole purpose of this title was to teach them all the words of His covenant that they may hear and obey. To choose life and good NOT death and Evil (Deut. 30: 19).

The Messiah's teaching above is the teaching of HUMILITY AS CHILDREN DOES. Every believer must think he is a fool (as sheeps are) so that they can be lead by the Spirit just as the sheep is lead by the Shepherds. These are one of the most humbled animals ever created by Elohim. Even the dumbest! As children let us all be like kindergarten kids. Still learning and Not too much pride in what we know but proud of being children of the MOST HIGH. For when He returns, He will exalt us as judges (1 Cor. 6) to judge the angels and the wicked.

'But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become CHILDRE OF ELOHIM(God), to those who believe in His name; who were born NOT of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, hot of the will of man, but of Elohim (God).' (John 1: 12, 13)
