Praise the Lord, O my soul, and everything within me, praise His Holy name. Eternally grateful to the Almighty for the gift of life and His boundless faithfulness.

Our tabernacle was filled to capacity yesterday as we celebrated all the children of VPM! Blessed be to God. What a magnificent service, orchestrated by the sons and daughters of our congregation. A testament to the extraordinary God we serve and how He works through the lives of our children. All honor and glory belongs to God alone.

“What has your attention?”

•Your attention shows your priority. God shouldn’t be getting leftover time. We can’t expect to be closer to God if we don’t give Him our full attention.

Owen Masina:

• Never feel worthless. Know your worth in Jesus Christ.

•Always remember the ultimate sacrifice Jesus did for us on the cross.
• Always remember the sacrifice our parents have done for us to get us to where we are today. Appreciate their hard work.

• Correction is important, it helps us learn and grow. When God corrects us through his word, it doesn’t mean he rejects us but it means he loves us because he sees potential and wants us to head into the right direction.

• Never allow the world influence you and your walk with Christ. It’s best to walk alone and have a relationship with Christ, than to be surrounded by a lot of people that’ll make you drift away from Him.

• One of the things that hinders us in our walk with Christ is because we tend to take the things of God so lightly, especially in the time of discipline through the word of God. We must remember not to take God's discipline for granted!

FA'AVAIVAI - give up or discouraged

Aua le fa'avaivai pe a a'oiga kakou

• Never give up when we're being disciplined.

The question is why do we give up ?

1) no heart to continue the journey with Christ
2) caught in our own sin through the word of God
