WORLD DAY OF PRAYER

St Mark's is hosting the World Day of Prayer gathering this Friday, 6 March at 10am.

The World Day of Prayer is an international movement in which people from various denominations gather in one another’s churches to celebrate, using a worship service prepared by women from a different country each year.
The 2026 World Day of Prayer materials from Nigeria, with the theme “I Will Give You Rest: Come”, bring us a powerful invitation drawn from Matthew 11:28-30. At a time when people worldwide are carrying heavy burdens, our Nigerian sisters offer profound insights into finding rest in God.
