Kia ora whānau!

This Sunday at 9:30am at Waiheke Island Baptist Church we’re celebrating Father’s Day!💙🎉

We’ll hear 4 stories from our church family about the legacy of their dads, and Pastor Roi Nu Maran will be wrapping up with a message: “A Father Who Leaves a Legacy” — Deuteronomy 6:6-7. It’s going to be a great morning of worship and the Word and we’d love you to join us!

Kids Church will be on for the little ones. After the service: Father’s Day special morning tea - Cuppa, kai, and time to connect and fellowship.

Everyone is welcome! Feel free to bring a friend or family member.

Join us this Sunday at 9:30am at Waiheke Island Baptist Church. Richard Bunn will be sharing the message “Jesus – The King Spurned and Crowned for a Short While” from Luke 19:11-44, as part of our King & Kingdom Come series. It’s going to be a great message, and we’d love for you to be with us for worship and the Word.

Kids Church will be available for the little ones, so please bring your children along. After the service, please stay for a cuppa and fellowship. Everyone is welcome.

Last Sunday, we at Waiheke Baptist were so privileged to host the Waiheke Churches Combined Service. About 70 of us gathered, and it was such a blessing!

Pastor Grant’s message really challenged us: “The church grows best together — not through superstars or spectators, but when the whole body plays its part and makes Jesus visible to the world. May his message take root in our hearts and shine through us in this community.

It was a beautiful time of unity and fellowship — God’s people from different churches coming together in one place, at the same time. Psalm 133:1 also says, "How good and pleasant it is when God’s people live together in unity." That’s exactly what we experienced. When God’s people come together, blessing doesn’t just stay with us — it flows out. We pray that blessing would continue to reach our wider community.

A huge thank you to everyone who served and was involved in the service. May God continue to bless us as we gather, and may His blessing keep flowing through us to those around us.

We’re already looking forward to the next one in October at the Presbyterian Church!😊

You’re warmly invited to join our Waiheke Churches Combined Worship Service. Hosted by Waiheke Island Baptist Church, 55 Ostend Road | This Sunday at 9:30am

Let’s gather together in unity as Waiheke churches to worship our wonderful God in one place and at the same time. It will be a special service with Pastor Grant Harris sharing the message: “Together: One Life At A Time" — Acts 11:19-30

This Sunday at 9:30AM, Pastor Roi Nu Maran will be sharing from Luke 18:1-8 on “Keep Asking. Don’t Give Up” as part of our King & Kingdom Come series.

It’s going to be a wonderful morning of worship and the Word, and we’d love for you to join us.

Hope you’ve all had a great week!
Tomorrow we’re celebrating our Windsor Park LifeCare Trust Sunday! Pastor Grant Harris and his team will be bringing the message “The Kingdom of God Among Us” from Luke 4:18-19. It’s going to be a wonderful time together in the Word and worship, and we’d love you to be there.

Stay after for a cuppa and fellowship too. Come along with your family and friends — everyone is welcome!
