You don't just "snap" - there's a chain reaction, and Krishna mapped it out 5,000 years ago in Bhagavad Gita 2.62 - 2.63:
"When you dwell on sense objects, attachment forms. From attachment, desire is born. From desire, anger arises. From anger comes delusion, from delusion the loss of memory, from loss of memory the destruction of intelligence - and from that, one falls."
Read that again. That's not a modern psychology textbook. That's a 5,000-year-old verse.
But Krishna doesn't stop at the diagnosis. Across these 12 verses (BG 2.61 - 72) he gives Arjuna - and us - the way out: restraint of the senses, the grace that follows a steady mind, the warning of a boat swept away by wind, and finally the image of the ocean - endlessly receiving rivers, yet never disturbed. That stillness is what real peace looks like.
This devotional song is the musical rendering of these 12 verses - completing Krishna's teaching on the steady mind, Sankhya Yoga, Chapter 2 of the Bhagavad Gita.
Save it 🙏 Share it with someone who's ever wondered why they got so angry over something small.
