After the successful launch of World Youth Day 2027 at the Holy Family Korean Church yesterday with Bishop Steve.

The parish of Good Shepherd Balmoral will kick off their fundraising to get as many of our young people to Seoul 27.

These classes will include a little history and fun tip of Korea and also some fun facts of WYD 27. We will also learn some basic words, phrases and culture tips for Korean culture.

Class dates and registrations will be released on Saturday Vigil and Sunday mass to allow parishioners to have first right of registrations.

'CALLED & SENT' Youth Event
If you are a youth between the School Years of Year 11 - Year 13, there is an exciting event called 'Called & Sent' which will be happening on Sunday 14th June 2026 from 4-6pm in the Parish Hall. This event is based on the Gospel reading that Sunday, from Matthew 9:36 - 10:8 which calls us to choose compassion over comfort and being ready to give our 'YES' to serving those in our community.
