Peter’s Syrian Orthodox Church was established in New Zealand in September 2002 by the immigrant families and individuals of Syrian Christian tradition from Kerala. This helped us to worship in Malayalam language and Jacobite tradition, to grow in Christian fellowship and friendship. Our Holy Mass is conducted in Malayalam every Sunday from 8:30am. If you know someone who shares the tradition, ple

ase refer them to this church. If you are in Auckland, come with us to share the joy of being used by God especially while being in Diaspora. Dear All,
Our church will be joyfully observing the *Feast of St. George on the 2nd and 3rd of May 2026* , falling on next week, Saturday and Sunday respectively. We warmly invite all members of our parish family to come together in faith to celebrate this blessed occasion.
The schedule of liturgical events is as follows:
*Saturday, 2nd May 2026*
*Evening Prayer* will be held in the evening, as we begin our celebration with devotion and reverence.
*Sunday, 3rd May 2026*
*Holy Tri-Mass* will be celebrated, followed by the *Nercha* , as we come together to honor the intercession of our beloved patron, St. George.

Our Church observed Patriarchal Day with special prayers for our Church and the Patriarch. The Patriarchal flag was also hoisted symbolizing our loyalty, faith, and unity under the Holy See.
