- “A heart of Gratitude & Thanksgiving”
In Luke 17:11-19, we find the story of Jesus healing ten l***rs. As they cried out to Him for mercy, Jesus instructed them to go and show themselves to the priests. As they went, they were cleansed of their leprosy. However, only one of them, a Samaritan returned to thank Jesus, praising God in a loud voice. Jesus highlighted the man’s gratitude by asking “Were not all ten cleansed? Where are the other nine?”

This passage teaches us significant lessons about the heart of gratitude, appreciation & thanksgiving. It gives a powerful reminder of the importance of gratitude. It encourages us to cultivate a heart of thankfulness, recognising God’s blessings in our lives and responding with praise and acknowledgment.

Let us strive to be like the one l***r who returned, fully aware and appreciative of the mercy and grace we receive from our Lord. 🙌🏼✝️

We gratefully accept whatever you are able to give as a donation in return for our service. Every lawn we mow helps support our church youth as we grow in faith, build friendships, and continue serving our community.

🌦️ Weather Notice: As the weather can be unpredictable, bookings may need to be rescheduled if conditions are unsafe or could damage your lawn. We’ll always be in touch to arrange the next suitable time.

Please note that, as this is a fundraiser, demand may be high. Bookings will be taken on a first come, first served basis, and we’ll do our best to serve everyone.

2 Samuel 12:7-8 reminds us that when our hearts are satisfied with what God has already provided for us, we won’t seek satisfaction in things outside of His Will.
