Masjid e Syeda Zahra New Zealand

Masjid e Syeda Zahra New Zealand Al-Falah Educational Trust was founded in 2017 to serve the spiritual and educational needs of the Auckland community.

What began as a small platform for Zikr and gatherings has now grown into a major project the construction of Masjid-e-Syeda Zahra. Al-Falah Educational Trust was founded in 2017 to provide a platform for 'Zikr' spiritual activities and promote Islamic education for young children within the Muslim community. Al-Falah founding trustees have worked for seven consecutive years conducting a monthly p

rogram titled "Khatme Khawjgan," helping members with their spiritual practices. The Trust has now started working to build a Masjid to assist local Muslim communities with establishing regular prayers, including Salatul Jumaa (Friday congregation). Masjid will also become a regional social, educational, and spiritual centre. With the Grace of Allah عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ, The Trust purchased land at 26 Ranfurly Road, Papatoetoe, in January 2021 and successfully acquired the resource const from Auckland City Council to build the Masjid. Al-Falah Trust is now offering the opportunity to all brothers and sisters in Islam to come forward and pick your part to contribute towards this great cause. The Trust requires volunteers to help with ongoing tasks and raise approximately $1500,000 to complete the project.

Hazrat Usman e Ghani رَضِیَ اللہُ تَعَالٰی عَنْہ was most shy among the people as Holy prophet صَلَّی اللہُ تَعَالٰی عَلَیْہِ وَاٰلِہٖ وَسَلَّمَ discussed his shyness and modesty in these words:

“Modesty is from Iman and the most genuinely modest one from my Ummah is ‘Usman”.

Sayyiduna Uthman Al-Ghani رَضِىَ الـلّٰـهُ عَـنْهُ was martyred after Asr salah on Friday, 18 Dhul Hijjah, 35 AH, whilst he was fasting. He was laid to rest in the prestigious Al-Baqi’ Cemetery in Madinah.
