Tonight at 6:00pm, we gather for Vespers as we enter the Lord’s Day, the 14th Sunday after Pentecost.

We also commemorate Hieromartyr Eutychius and St Cosmas of Aetolia, whose lives remind us what steadfast faith looks like when following Christ becomes costly.

If you’re feeling worn down in your faith, struggling to remain steadfast, or trying to find the courage to speak about Christ to someone you love, please join us tonight. ❤️

This morning at 9:30am NZST, we’ll be livestreaming the Hours and Typika for the Feast of the Holy Greatmartyr and Healer Panteleimon, in English from Sts Cyprian & Justina Orthodox Parish in Auckland, New Zealand.

St Panteleimon was a physician who received from God the gift of healing and freely cared for the sick and suffering. To this day, Orthodox Christians throughout the world turn to him in prayer during times of illness and suffering.

If you are sick, struggling, caring for someone who is unwell, or simply in need of prayer, please join us this morning. ❤️

This month we’ll be honouring many beloved saints including St Seraphim of Sarov, St Mary Magdalene, St Anna, St Panteleimon, St Irene Chrysovalantou, St Olaf of Norway, St Joseph of Arimathea, and St Maximus the Confessor, together with the great feasts of the Transfiguration of our Lord and the Dormition of the Most Holy Theotokos.
