Hsien Soo from World Vision NZ is coming this Sunday 23rd July at 10 am. She's sharing the ministry of World Vision and is also telling us about their Chosen programme. This programme is reaching the people of Malawi, East Africa.
There's a lot of need there now as the country is struggling because of cyclones and flooding.

Introducing Lighthouse!
A few members of the congregation and people from the local community are venturing to start a group for the younger Christians in the area.

The group's mission is to "endeavour to navigate the rocky areas of life with practical and Biblical wisdom and to encourage one another to do the same."

The group will be meeting at 6pm on fortnightly Sundays beginning on 30 April. Location to be advised. The group is specifically designed for younger people (e.g. teenagers and those in their 20s), but there is no age limit.

Please pray for the group as it gets started (and hopefully continues!). Also any follows of the Instagram account (lighthousebelmont) would be greatly appreciated, and any young people you know are warmly invited to come along😊
