Looking for a safe and positive place for your teen to spend Friday evenings?

At Onewa Youth, young people can connect with friends, enjoy free pizza, play games, and be part of a supportive, inclusive community where they're valued and encouraged.

Our youth leader is passionate about creating a welcoming environment where teens can have fun, build healthy friendships, and explore faith and life's big questions together.

Do you have a small person in your life? Looking for something fun to do on Tuesday mornings? Join us at one of our mainly music sessions at OCC. Pick a session that suits your preschooler's schedule best: 9.15am or 10.45am. We're at 172 Hinemoa Street : plenty of parking outside (2 hour) and a short walk from the bus stop. Come along and join in the fun! 1 hour per session. $5 per family per session or $45 for 10 sessions.

Lot's going on for young people, kids and families at Onewa Christian Community this weekend. Onewa Youth meets Friday nights at 5.30; the Loved Again Baby and Kids Market is being held Saturday morning and Sunday, we have our monthly Eco Kids event for Primary School aged kids. Movie night for a great cause! Join us for a special screening of The Christophers, a heartwarming comedy starring Sir Ian McKellen. The film follows a once-famous artist and his eccentric family as they navigate secrets, surprises, and plenty of laughter in a story full of wit and charm. Tickets are just $25 and include your movie entry plus your choice of ice cream, popcorn, or a soft drink. Funds raised will help purchase a new large TV screen for the church hall, with 10% of proceeds also supporting De Paul House. Gather your friends and family for a fun night out that brings our community together while supporting two wonderful causes! Tickets available by emailing [email protected]
