​A precious memory of the novices in our program—a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to don the "Victory Flag of the Arahants," a tradition preserved for over 2,500 years. To live within the Precepts bestowed by the Lord Buddha is a blessing beyond words.

​यस कार्यक्रमका बाल भिक्षुहरूको (सामनेर) एक अमूल्य स्मृति—जीवनमा एक पटक प्राप्त हुने सुअवसर, जसमा उनीहरूले २५०० वर्षभन्दा बढी समयदेखि सुरक्षित राखिएको "अर्हतहरूको विजय ध्वजा" (चीवर) धारण गरेका छन्। भगवान बुद्धले प्रदान गर्नुभएको शील र अनुशासनमा रहनु एक ठूलो सौभाग्य हो।

Alms-Offering Pilgrimage through the Heart of Patan

A Journey of Faith: From Ashoka Stupa to Sri Vihara 🙏✨

​A day of profound merit and devotion. Yesterday, our 500 novices performed an Alms-Offering pilgrimage, starting from Acheshwor Mahavihar, passing through the Patan Crossroads, the Golden Temple (Hiranya Varna Mahavihar), the City’s Sacred Stupa, and local communities, reaching Sri Vihara.
​We are deeply honored by the presence of Ven. Bhikkhu Bodhijnana, Abbot of World Peace Temple (Vishwa Shanti Vihara), who presided over this sacred ceremony and led the novices with compassion.
​Our heartfelt gratitude to the countless Buddhist devotees and residents who came to offer alms and a warm welcome throughout the route. Your faith and generosity made this historic event truly inspiring. 🙏

​पुण्य र भक्तिको एक विशेष दिन। हिजो हाम्रा ५०० नव-प्रव्रजित कुलपुत्रहरूले अक्षेश्वर महाविहार बाट पिण्डपात्र (भिक्षादान) यात्रा सुरु गरी पाटनको मुख्य चोक, हिरण्य वर्ण महाविहार (गोल्डेन टेम्पल), शहरको ऐतिहासिक स्तूप र स्थानीय समुदाय हुँदै श्री विहार सम्मको यात्रा सम्पन्न गरे।
​यस पावन समारोहमा विश्व शान्ति विहारका विहार प्रमुख, श्रद्धेय भिक्षु बोधिज्ञान ज्यूको करुणापूर्ण उपस्थिति र नेतृत्वका लागि हामी हृदयदेखि नै आभार प्रकट गर्दछौं।

Alms-Offering Pilgrimage from Swayambhunath to the Royal Palace

A Sacred Journey of Merit: 500 Novices Gracing the Streets of Kathmandu 🙏✨
​A truly rare and inspiring sight of Buddhist devotion. Yesterday, our 500 newly ordained novices embarked on an Alms-Offering pilgrimage, starting from the sacred Swayambhunath Stupa and journeying through local communities toward the Historic Royal Palace (Durbar Square).
​Along the entire route, the presence of the novices inspired deep faith among residents and onlookers. Devotees came forward to offer food and necessities, turning the streets into a vibrant display of the Buddhist tradition of generosity (Dana). This powerful merit-making event was a testament to the enduring strength of faith in the land of Nepal.
​Our heartfelt gratitude to all organizers, volunteers, and local authorities for their exceptional coordination and support in making this historic mission a success. 🙏

पुण्यको पावन यात्रा: काठमाडौँका सडकहरूमा ५०० नव-प्रव्रजित कुलपुत्रहरू 🙏✨
​बौद्ध श्रद्धा र भक्तिको एक अत्यन्तै दुर्लभ र प्रेरणादायी दृश्य। हिजो हाम्रा ५०० नव-प्रव्रजित कुलपुत्रहरूले पवित्र स्वयम्भूनाथ स्तूप बाट पिण्डपात्र (भिक्षादान) यात्रा सुरु गरी स्थानीय समुदाय हुँदै ऐतिहासिक वसन्तपुर दरबार क्षेत्र सम्मको यात्रा सम्पन्न गरे।
​सम्पूर्ण यात्रा मार्गमा कुलपुत्रहरूको उपस्थितिले स्थानीय बासिन्दा र दर्शनार्थीहरूमा गहिरो श्रद्धा जगाएको थियो। श्रद्धालुहरूले भोजन र अन्य आवश्यक वस्तुहरू दान गर्दै बौद्ध परम्पराको ‘दान’ महिमालाई जीवन्त तुल्याए। यो ऐतिहासिक पुण्य कार्य नेपालको भूमिमा श्रद्धाको अटुट शक्तिको प्रतीक बनेको छ।

Dhamma Pilgrimage and Buddha's Relics Procession to Lumbini Gate

A Grand Celebration of Faith and Unity at the Birthplace of Lord Buddha 🙏✨
​A historic and spiritually profound moment. Yesterday, we held a majestic procession featuring the Sacred Buddha’s Relics, the Central Buddha Statue, and a combined Dhamma Pilgrimage (Dhammayatra) of 500 novices, culminating at the iconic Lumbini Gate in Nepal.
​The event was made even more inspiring by the exceptionally warm welcome from local devotees and international tourists throughout the journey. Our heartfelt gratitude goes to all supporting organizations, Buddhist groups, and volunteers whose unity and dedication made this grand meritorious vision a reality. 🙏

​Yesterday, our 500 novices continued their sacred Dhamma Pilgrimage (Dhammayatra) through the ancient city of Devadaha, the maternal home of Lord Buddha.
​Despite the intense heat of the afternoon sun, the novices remained serene and composed, walking with exceptional mindfulness. Their journey was met with an overwhelmingly warm and heartfelt welcome from the local community, whose deep faith and hospitality turned the challenging path into a truly inspiring spiritual celebration.
​May the merit of this pilgrimage bring peace and prosperity to all who witnessed and supported this journey. 🙏

​दिउँसोको चर्को घामको बावजुद, कुलपुत्रहरू अत्यन्तै शान्त, मर्यादित र अनुशासित भएर हिंडेका थिए। उनीहरूको यो उपस्थितिले स्थानीय भक्तजन र समुदायका मानिसहरूमा गहिरो श्रद्धा र प्रेरणा जगाएको थियो।
