Pal Thubten Shedrub Ling Monastery, Lumbini | November 17, 2025

The final day of the international recitation was dedicated to the Chöd Tsok Rinchen Trengwa — The Precious Garland of the Chöd Tsok — along with the continued recitation of the Buddha’s words in Chinese, Vietnamese, and English. Everyone rejoiced in this week of prayers, study, and reflection. The Recitation and Seminar are now concluded! And, from today, Rinpoche has begun teaching and bestowing Tara's empowerment. He will continue for 3 days until November 20. May the merit of these days bring peace, wisdom, and lasting benefit to all beings.

Day 6 | Reciting the Collected Words of the Buddha & the 45th Annual Fall Seminar with Chokyi Nyima Rinpoche
Pal Thubten Shedrub Ling Monastery, Lumbini | November 16, 2025

The sixth day of the international recitation began with the Sang Ngen Dögu Gyatso incense offering ritual, accompanied by the recitation of the Buddha’s words in Chinese, Vietnamese, and English.

In the afternoon, participants continued with the chanting of A Treasury of Blessings: The Liturgy of Śākyamuni and attended Rinpoche’s seminar teaching.

Meanwhile, the monks performed Thukdrup Barché Künsel (Heart Practice that Dispels All Obstacles) and Thukdrup Sampa Lhundrup (Heart Practice that Spontaneously Accomplishes All Wishes) in the Padmasambhava Hall, while the nuns continued their Nyungne practice in the Bodhisattvas Hall and Tara Puja in the Tara Hall.

Rinpoche kindly shared his heartfelt aspirations for the monastics to engage in Ngöndro practices in Lumbini and to temporarily conduct the monks’ Shedra at the Thousand Buddha Temple during the rebuilding of the new temple at Ka-Nying Shedrub Ling Monastery. He also expressed the wish for there to be 1,000 monks performing 1,000 times the recitations of the collected words of Buddha in all available languages.

May the blessings of these prayers and practices clear all obstacles, and may Rinpoche’s noble aspirations be swiftly fulfilled.

Day 5 | Reciting the Collected Words of the Buddha & the 45th Annual Fall Seminar with Chokyi Nyima Rinpoche
Pal Thubten Shedrub Ling Monastery, Lumbini | November 15, 2025

The fifth day of the international recitation was filled with devotion and meaningful practice. The morning began with the Lama Norlha Wealth Puja alongside recitations of the collected words of Buddha in Chinese, Vietnamese, and English, continuing throughout the day with the chanting of A Treasury of Blessings: The Liturgy of Śākyamuni.

In parallel, the monastery’s sacred shrine halls came alive with various practices — the monks performed Thukdrup Sampai Lhundrup (Heart Practice that Spontaneously Accomplishes All Wishes) in the Guru Temple, while the nuns engaged in Nyungne (fasting and purification practice) at the Near Sons Temple (Nyewa Sey Chen Lhakhang) and Dolchok (Tara Puja) at the Tara hall.

The day concluded with Rinpoche’s seminar teaching, leaving everyone inspired and uplifted by the depth of the practices and the collective spirit of aspiration.

May the virtue of these prayers and offerings bring peace, abundance, and awakening to all beings.
