हे परमप्रभु हामीलाई हरेक दिन बिहान आफ्नो नटल्ने करुणाले तृप्त पार्नुहोस् र हामी जीवनभरि रमाएर गाउन सकौं ।
हामी कसरी जीवन भरि रमाएर गाउन सक्छौ ? तीन कुरा आज अध्ययन गरेर सिकेउ जो यसप्रकार छ ;

१. परमेश्वरलाई आफ्नो जीवन वासस्थान बनाउन दिनुपर्छ । पद १

२. परमेश्वरसँग घनिष्ठ सम्बन्ध बनाइ राख्नुपर्छ । पद २

३. परमेश्वरले दिनुभएको समयलाई सहिप्रकारले प्रयोग गर्नुपर्छ । पद १२ भनि आज गहिरो अध्ययन गरेउ

बाँकी यहाँहरु आफैले अध्ययन गर्नुहोस् यो हजुरहरू को लागि गृहकार्य हो । धन्यबाद !
