A Most Blessed and Joyful Day!
This afternoon, we are overjoyed and deeply honored to welcome our most precious and beloved His Eminence Zurmang Gharwang Rinpoche back to Thimphu, Bhutan!

In a heartwarming and auspicious reception, all the Lamas and Nuns from the Kagyu Monasteries of Thimphu gathered together to offer a grand and wholehearted welcome to His Eminence. The joy and devotion in the air was truly palpable — a moment that will be cherished in all our hearts!

Rinpoche’s return to Thimphu fills our entire Zurmang community with immense happiness, inspiration, and renewed spiritual energy. His Eminence’s compassionate presence is the greatest blessing we could ever receive.

We are so grateful to all the Lamas, Nuns, and devoted community members who came together to welcome our precious Rinpoche with such love and devotion.

May H.E. Zurmang Gharwang Rinpoche enjoy long life, perfect health, and may his Dharma activities continue to flourish and benefit all sentient beings throughout the world! 🙏

We are so proud and delighted to share this wonderful video of our beloved Zurmang Kagyu nuns diligently practicing the Tibetan language!

Learning Tibetan is a sacred and essential part of their spiritual journey, enabling them to study and recite the precious Dharma teachings, scriptures, and prayers in their original and authentic form. Their dedication, discipline, and devotion truly inspires us all!

May their efforts in studying this holy language deepen their understanding of the Dharma and bring them ever closer to the path of wisdom and compassion.

We are deeply grateful to H.E. Zurmang Gharwang Rinpoche for his continuous guidance, support, and vision in nurturing and empowering our nuns in their spiritual education and practice.

A truly blessed and sacred occasion!
We are deeply honored and humbled by the gracious visit of His Eminence Zurmang Gharwang Rinpoche to Drukmila Seykhar Guthok Sangye Migyurling Monastery here in Bhutan. 🇧🇹

Rinpoche’s divine presence brings immense joy, inspiration, and profound blessings to the monastery, all the devoted disciples, and the entire Dharma community. Such a sacred visit is a rare and precious opportunity for all of us.

Saga Dawa
Tashi Delek! 🙏 Saga Dawa is one of the most sacred months in the Tibetan Buddhist calendar — the fourth month of the Tibetan lunar calendar, commemorating the birth, enlightenment, and parinirvana of Shakyamuni Buddha.
The merit of virtuous actions is said to be multiplied many times during this month, making it a powerful time for:
∙ Prayer and meditation
∙ Prostrations and circumambulation
∙ Acts of generosity and compassion
∙ Releasing animals (life release)
∙ Visiting sacred sites
The full moon day of Saga Dawa — Saga Dawa Düchen — is the holiest day, when the multiplying effect is said to be at its greatest.
