Chokhor Namdak Dechen Ling Monastery Chokhor Namdak Dechenling Monastery is a buddhist monastery located at Chandannath Municipility-06, Jumla, Karnali Provience, Nepal.

On April 25th, All the Rinpoche's students gathered once again at the airport to give him a beautiful farewell. This morning, before he left, he visited hotel Kanjirowa on an invitation where he was welcomed with typical instrumental music with the dance of the Karnali Region. Rinpoche truly appreciated the performance. Also, Rinpoche consecrated two new Stupas the same morning, right before he left. Here in a brief time, he showered his love and compassion on people in Jumla and everybody felt so blessed.

April 24, the final day of the Phowa program in Jumla concluded with Chod empowerment. Time and again Rinpoche said that simply receiving empowerments and participating in pujas is insufficient. He emphasized on how khenpos, lopons, and lamas from that region are now capable, and that people should seek out their teachings. He recounted how he became acquainted with them by recounting his encounter in Rumtek with Jumla residents. He added that the devotion of the people of Jumla convinced him to accept the invitation. He was happy that about fifteen hundred people got Phowa accomplishment signs in this program. Rinpoche warmly received the farewell gifts and donated all cash offerings to the monastery. With Rinpoche's blessings, may we all be able to fully understand and practice dharma.

April 23, Phowa's third day, came to a close with all participants receiving their Phowa and empowerments. Rinpoche bestowed Tara's empowerment so that they could achieve their benevolent aspirations. Lama Norla puja was performed by Rinpoche and all of the participants in order to attract all kinds of wealth. At the end, Rinpoche gave everyone a Chewang, empowerment for a long life. Phowa's second day went perfectly.Rinpoche stated that all participants performed well during the Phowa practice, and he even commented that the rain last night was auspicious and the rain this morning was blessing. Blessing rain dropped on his hands as he was saying it. Rinpoche and everyone else there were filled with joy at receiving Phowa.

As of today, April 21st, Jumla residents who had been eagerly awaiting the start of Phowa could rest easy, because it has finally begun. Phowa was endowed with teaching by Rinpoche. To support the Phowa practice, an animated video clip was shown. This practice will continue till April 25th. More than one thousand individuals participated today in Phowa, from young to old. It was a heart touching moment when all the participants expressed their love and respect towards Rinpoche with melodus mantra chanting as Rinpoche went for breaks. It was a great begining. Let us all rejoice!
