March 24 Church service,I had delivered message to Darai Community Church.Their population are about 1000 in this area.They are tribes.Now Christian area nearly 100.

Mission Strategies by the next decade
• Raising key leader from every ethnic group is our key focus.
• Publishing Gospel tracts in ethnic languages.
• Establish at least one health post and primary school in an area where we have vision to plant a church
• Providing scholarship for those children who are the poorest of the poor but brilliant
• Developing Christian professional leader among Professors, advocates, teacher engineers. Human rightist, high-ranking official
• Develop every cell group member to be as multiplying disciple.

Our Strategic Focus
• There are five district in my ministry location. They are divided into hill area and plain area. According latest censes there is 1000000 population in the hill and 2100000 in the plain area.
• The Christian population is 43000 out of 1000000 population but there is only 3000 Christian population out of 2100000

Strategic Goals
• To have at least one church in every castes and ethic group at every ward (lowest unit administrative functions) of village development committee (VDC) and municipality.
• To have at least one training centre for every ethnic group and raise key leader to influence their own community.

Prayer
• We can help every church member develop into disciple of Christ so that they can mentor others to become disciple
• We can find and develop the key persons representing each ethnic group by 2017 so that we train them to be multiplier in their own community.
• We can see some indication for the ministry by one year so that we can move further with a new hope and enthusiasm for the next decade.
• God will bring those people along our ministry pathways who share our ministry pathways who share our heart for partnering with us
• God will supply our ministry needs in every section of work.

What is Vision 2026?
With one year still in prayer and finding His will, I found this plan and strategy for fulfill vision 2026. Vision 2026 means every man of the nation (cast, ethics and tribe) in my target area hears gospel and got the opportunity to receive Christ personally as their savior.
There are 103 nations in Nepal, according census 2011, Nepal population is near 27000000. My mission is go to evangelism and discipleship in 3000000 at the end of 2026.
