The arrival of Abigail, a precious life entrusted to us by God, has been a testament to faith and love in the face of adversity.

It is with a heavy heart we share that our commitment to serve has led us to confront deep-seated beliefs, including gender discrimination. This reality hit close to home when Abigail's great grandmother, influenced by cultural expectations for a male heir, turned away, unable to celebrate the gift of Abigail's life simply because she was born a girl.

Yet, in the shadow of this challenge, our mission's light shines brighter, fueled by the love and grace of God. We believe every child is a miracle, a unique expression of God's love, and we are committed to nurturing Abigail with all the love and joy she deserves.

Today, we extend an invitation to our global family: Would you consider being Abigail's Great Grandmother? Your prayers, your love, and your support can be a stronghold for Abigail, showing her the boundless, unconditional love that flows from the heart of God. Allow me to start from the beginning of this tale: the arrival of Abigail Grace, a child born into a missionary family. However, this narrative extends beyond just Abigail. It's a testament to the unwavering faithfulness of God towards her parents, Sanjita (Hope) and Rakesh, especially after the heartbreak of three miscarriages. Life in Nepal, with its ministry, is more challenging than one might anticipate. The country is rife with religious conflicts, a rigid caste system, discrimination, and numerous other cultural and societal hurdles. Moreover, being a Christian here comes with its own set of dangers. Yet, through all these trials, God's faithfulness remained steadfast, and Abigail's birth rekindled hope, marking the beginning of a renewed mission to bring the Gospel of Christ to those yet unreached. Now, as Abigail joins this mission, our journey takes on an even more exciting dimension. Above all, we dedicate the glory to God alone. A heartfelt thank you goes out to everyone who offered prayers and support during our times of struggle.
