अखिल नेपाल भिक्षु महासंघको २८ औँ वार्षिक साधारण सभा सम्पन्न: भिक्षु धर्मशोभन महास्थविरको अध्यक्षतामा नयाँ कार्यसमिति चयन

अखिल नेपाल भिक्षु महासंघको २८ औँ वार्षिक साधारण सभा आज मिति २०८२ साल फागुन १६ गते शनिबारका दिन काठमाडौँको मीनभवनस्थित विश्व शान्ति विहारमा भव्यताका साथ सम्पन्न भएको छ।
पहिलो सत्र: उद्घाटन, ओवाद र प्रतिवेदन प्रस्तुति
कार्यक्रमको पहिलो सत्र बिहान ८:४५ बजे बुद्ध पूजा, त्रिरत्न गुणानुस्मरण र मेत्त सुत्त पाठ गरी प्रारम्भ भएको थियो। सभाको अध्यक्षता भिक्षु धर्मशोभन महास्थविरले गर्नुभएको थियो भने प्रमुख अतिथिको रूपमा संघनायक श्रद्धेय भिक्षु बोधिसेन महास्थविरको गरिमामय उपस्थिति रहेको थियो। उपाध्यक्ष भिक्षु सद्धातिस्स महास्थविरले स्वागत मन्तव्यद्वारा उपस्थित सम्पूर्ण भिक्षु संघलाई स्वागत गर्नुभएको थियो।
यसै सत्रमा संघनायक भिक्षु बोधिसेन महास्थविरले बुद्ध शासनको संरक्षण र संवर्धनमा भिक्षु संघको भूमिकाबारे महत्वपूर्ण ओवाद (आशीर्वचन) प्रदान गर्नुभयो। तत्पश्चात्, महासंघका महासचिव भिक्षु धर्मगुप्त महास्थविरले वार्षिक प्रगति प्रतिवेदन र कोषाध्यक्ष भिक्षु बोधिज्ञान महास्थविरले आर्थिक वर्षको लेखापरीक्षण प्रतिवेदन तथा आर्थिक प्रतिवेदन प्रस्तुत गर्नुभएको थियो। सभामा उपस्थित भिक्षु संघ र सदस्यहरूबीच ती प्रतिवेदनहरूमाथि गहन छलफल भई सर्वसम्मतिले पारित गरियो।
भोजनपछिको दोस्रो सत्र: उप-समितिका प्रतिवेदनहरू
साधारण सभाको दोस्रो सत्रमा विभिन्न उप-समितिहरूबाट कार्य प्रगति प्रतिवेदनहरू प्रस्तुत गरिएका थिए:
लुम्बिनी थेरवाद बुद्ध विहार निर्माण तथा व्यवस्थापन उप-समिति: संयोजक भिक्षु सद्धातिस्स महास्थविर।
स्वास्थ्य कोष: भिक्षु विमलो महास्थविर।
संचार उप-समिति: भिक्षु सारद महास्थविर।
प्रस्तुत प्रतिवेदनहरूमाथि प्राप्त जिज्ञासा र सुझावहरूको सम्बोधनपश्चात् सभाले ती प्रतिवेदनहरू पनि सर्वसम्मतिले पारित गरेको थियो। सत्रको अन्त्यमा महासंघका श्रद्धेय अध्यक्षबाट साधुवाद ज्ञापनसहित पुरानो कार्यसमिति भंग गरिएको थियो।
भोजन तथा जलपान दान:
आजको यस विशेष कार्यक्रममा सहभागी सम्पूर्ण भिक्षु संघका लागि भोजन तथा जलपानको व्यवस्था विश्व शान्ति विहारबाट गरिएको थियो। उक्त दान श्रद्धेय गुरुवर भिक्षु ज्ञानपूर्णिक महास्थविरको निर्वाण कामना गर्दै प्रदान गरिएको थियो। कार्यक्रमको सञ्चालन भिक्षु निग्रोध र भिक्षु पञ्ञारत्नले गर्नुभएको थियो।
नयाँ कार्यसमिति चयन:
निर्वाचन प्रक्रियामार्फत महासंघको संशोधित विधान २०७४ बमोजिम नयाँ नेतृत्व चयन गरिएको हो। जसमा भिक्षु बोधिज्ञान महास्थविर कोषाध्यक्ष पदमा निर्विरोध निर्वाचित हुनुभएको छ भने अन्य पदाधिकारी तथा सदस्यहरू निर्वाचन प्रक्रियामार्फत चयन हुनुभएको हो।
नवनिर्वाचित कार्यकारिणी समितिको नामावली:
१. अध्यक्ष: भिक्षु धर्मशोभन महास्थविर (भक्तपुर)
२. उपाध्यक्ष: भिक्षु शीलभद्र महास्थविर (ललितपुर) र भिक्षु राहुल महास्थविर (बनेपा)
३. महासचिव: भिक्षु धर्मगुप्त महास्थविर (सुनागुठी)
४. सचिव: भिक्षु पियदस्सी महास्थविर (किपुल्चा)
५. कोषाध्यक्ष: भिक्षु बोधिज्ञान महास्थविर (मीनभवन)

The 28th Annual General Assembly of the All Nepal Bhikkhu Association (ANBA) was successfully held today at Vishwa Shanti Vihar, Minbhawan, Kathmandu.
First Session: Inauguration, Ovada, and Reports
The first session commenced at 8:45 AM with Buddha Puja, recitation of Triratna Gunanusmarana, and Metta Sutta. The session was presided over by Ven. Dharmashobhan Mahasthavir, with the distinguished presence of Sanghanayaka Ven. Bodhisen Mahasthavir as the Chief Guest. Vice-President Ven. Saddhatissa Mahasthavir delivered the welcome address.
During this session, Sanghanayaka Ven. Bodhisen Mahasthavir delivered a profound Ovada (Exhortation) on the role of the Bhikkhu Sangha in the preservation and promotion of the Buddha Sasana. Following the Ovada, General Secretary Ven. Dharmagupta Mahasthavir presented the annual progress report, and Treasurer Ven. Bodhijnana Mahasthavir presented the audit and financial reports for the fiscal year. Both reports were unanimously approved after a thorough discussion among the members of the Sangha.
Second Session (Post-Lunch): Sub-Committee Reports
During the second session, various sub-committees presented their progress reports:
Lumbini Theravada Buddha Vihar Construction & Management Sub-Committee: Presented by Coordinator Ven. Saddhatissa Mahasthavir.
Health Fund: Presented by Ven. Vimalo Mahasthavir.
Communication Sub-Committee: Presented by Ven. Sarada Mahasthavir.
After addressing queries and suggestions, the reports were unanimously approved. At the end of the session, the President expressed his appreciation and formally dissolved the outgoing committee.
Meal and Hospitality (Sanghadana):
The meals and refreshments for the members of the Bhikkhu Sangha were provided by Vishwa Shanti Vihar, dedicated to the aspiration of Nirvana for the late Most Venerable Bhikkhu Jnanapurnik Mahasthavir. The program was conducted by Ven. Nigrodha and Ven. Pannaratna.
Election of the New Executive Committee:
The election for the new leadership was conducted in accordance with the 2074 B.S. amended constitution of the Association. Ven. Bodhijnana Mahasthavir was elected unopposed as the Treasurer, while other office bearers and members were elected through the official process.
