I will be looking for answers to questions like: - Is there a way to less stress but higher income? - Is there a way to work less hours a still be more productive? - As a boss or manager is there a way to inspire people without sounding to “spiritual”? - Is there truly Zen for a entrepreneur? - Enz.
A few years ago I was a happy Business owner. Working as a marketing consultant. I worked for the government, museum an bigger companies. My days where crazy! Every day started at 7:00 when opened my eyes and started running until 22:00 when I dragged my tiered body to bed again. In the weekends I...didn’t rest. Not to mention the way i ate and drank. My diet consisted of energy drinks, booze and a lot of fried goods. I was stressed out, hyper, and had a constant feeling of aggression. Then 1 day I had a stroke... Yes, a real bad one. I was rushed to the intensive care. No joke. It sucked. It really took me a few days to figure out what had happen to me. i was paralyzed on my right side, I couldn’t move my right arm and leg anymore. my Speech was the worst. And my brains felt like scrambled eggs. I had to face it: I was a stroke patient, overweight, stressed out and no where to go.
