The Dutch Zentrepreneur

The Dutch Zentrepreneur Op deze pagina ga ik dieper in op het idee van ZEN en hoe dit op de juiste manier zakelijk toe te passen.
A few years ago I was a happy Business owner. Wow!

Working as a marketing consultant. I worked for the government, museum an bigger companies. My days where crazy! Every day started at 7:00 when opened my eyes and started running until 22:00 when I dragged my tiered body to bed again. In the weekends I...didn’t rest. Not to mention the way i ate and drank. My diet consisted of energy drinks, booze and a lot of fried goods. I was stressed out, hype

r, and had a constant feeling of aggression. Then 1 day I had a stroke...
Yes, a real bad one. I was rushed to the intensive care. No joke. It sucked. It really took me a few days to figure out what had happen to me. i was paralyzed on my right side, I couldn’t move my right arm and leg anymore. my Speech was the worst. And my brains felt like scrambled eggs. I had to face it: I was a stroke patient, overweight, stressed out and no where to go. After a month I got this course from the hospital where I was staying: “How to deal with your loses”. It totally shocked me. My Loses? What loses? It still was the beginning of my recovery program, and they started with this crap? No way! I was not having! I started training on my own terms. To my pride and made the best of it. started eating healthier. And after a long time (1 year) I wanted to work again. I only had one little problem...My doctor prohibited me from working in a stressful environment. So, we sold everything, went to France my girlfriend just to get the rest a really needed. After a few months I still had no idea what I was suppose to do. We went back only to find she was pregnant! Amazing! So we needed a house, a steady income, a future, a life! Now what? I Always wanted doing two things. I have always loved giving courses in marketing and doing video marketing. So....I started my own video production company. Not a great succes but it helped me forming me and my company. Now I’m back I training people in marketing I’m Healthier then ever! and creating bigger succes for my clients then ever.

I will be looking for answers to questions like: - Is there a way to less stress but higher income? - Is there a way to work less hours a still be more productive? - As a boss or manager is there a way to inspire people without sounding to “spiritual”? - Is there truly Zen for a entrepreneur? - Enz.
