DO GOOD SATURDAY II BNL YSA Service Activity ✨

I know that “when ye are in the service of your fellow beings ye are only in the service of your God,” as it says in Mosiah 2:17—one of my favorite scripture verses 🤲🏼

During the activity, we helped a sister who had recently moved into a new home. As we assisted her, I was reminded of my own experience moving from house to house back in my home country, because we did not have a permanent home—I felt a deep connection to her situation 🧭

This experience reminded me that, in the midst of our trials and challenges, our Heavenly Father often sends people as instruments in His hands to lift and help us. I know and testify that when we serve others, we become the answer to their prayers—and they, in turn, become the answer to ours. Serving others helps me forget my own struggles and begin to count the blessings and miracles in my life 🙏🏽

That day, I knew in my heart that I had done some good in the world 🌍

Niets zal je meer beschermen wanneer je de nevelen van duisternis in de wereld tegenkomt. Niets zal je getuigenis van de Heer Jezus Christus en Zijn verzoening meer versterken of je meer inzicht geven in Gods schitterende plan. Niets zal je geest meer tot rust brengen in tijden van pijn.
