Λαχειοφόρος Δράση – Εικόνα της Παναγίας της Γλυκοφιλούσας

Αγαπητοί μας φίλοι,
η ενορία μας σας προσκαλεί να συμμετάσχετε στη νέα λαχειοφόρο δράση για την ενίσχυση του Ιερού Ναού Αγίου Νικολάου Ρότερνταμ.

🕊️ Το δώρο της κλήρωσης είναι ένα χειροποίητο βυζαντινό εικόνισμα της Παναγίας της Γλυκοφιλούσας, φιλοτεχνημένο με φύλλο χρυσού και παραδοσιακή τεχνική αγιογραφίας.
Ένα μοναδικό έργο πίστης και τέχνης, που θα κοσμήσει το σπίτι ή το προσκυνητάρι σας.

📅 Η κλήρωση θα γίνει την Κυριακή 7 Δεκεμβρίου 2025, μετά τη Θεία Λειτουργία.
🎟️ Κάθε λαχνός: μόνο 2 €
📍 Όλα τα έσοδα θα διατεθούν για τη συντήρηση του ναού μας.

Το Σάββατο πραγματοποιήσαμε προσκύνημα με την ενορία μας στo Αββαείο του Έγκμοντ, όπου προσκυνήσαμε τα ιερά λείψανα του Αγίου Νικολάου και του Αγίου Αδελβέρτου.

ΣΗΜΑΝΤΙΚΗ ΑΝΑΚΟΙΝΩΣΗ

Ο Ι.Ν. του Αγίου Νικολάου θα παραμείνει κλειστός το Σάββατο 14/6 από τις 14.00 λόγω ιδιωτικής εκδήλωσης (κονσέρτο) που θα πραγματοποιηθεί έξω από το ναό, στον προαύλιο χώρο του πάρκου. Η πρόσβαση στο ναό αναμένεται να είναι περιορισμένη έως και ιδιαίτερα δύσκολη.
Δυστυχώς δεν είχαμε ενημερωθεί για την υπόψιν εκδήλωση. Ως εκ τούτου δεν θα πραγματοποιηθεί ο προγραμματισμένος εσπερινός και το Μυστήριο της Εξομολογήσεως.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT - THE CHURCH IS CLOSED THIS SATURDAY AFTERNOON FROM 14.00 to 20.00.

Please be informed that this Saturday 14/6, due to a private concert taking place directly outside the church between 14:00 and 19:30, access to the church will be restricted. As a result, the church will remain closed from 13.30. No vespers and no confessions will take place.

We kindly ask for your understanding.

The parish joyfully announces that the winning ticket for the church raffle, with the prize of a brand-new 43-inch 4K television, has been drawn. The winning number is 582.

The holder of ticket number 582 is invited to come forward after the service to claim the prize. If the winner is not present, he or she is kindly requested to contact the church office during the coming week to arrange collection.

The church wishes to thank all who participated in the raffle. Their generous support contributes greatly to the life and mission of the parish. May God bless all who have taken part.

Today we joyfully concluded the 2024–2025 Adult Catechism Course! Our catechumens received their certificates after many months of prayer, study, and transformation in the Orthodox faith.

We thank God for the grace poured out during this journey, and we continue to pray that each catechumen will grow ever deeper in Christ and His Church.

“Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.” (Matthew 5:16)

Με μεγάλη χαρά η εορτάσαμε την ενότητα της Ορθοδοξίας μας στο χθεσινό Διορθόδοξο Συλλείτουργο στον Άγιο Νικόλαο Ρότερνταμ, με τη συμμετοχή όλων των Ορθοδόξων Πατριαρχείων της Ολλανδίας.

Προεξήρχε ο Σεβ. Αθηναγόρας και παρόντες ήταν οι Πρέσβεις Ελλάδος και Κύπρου.

Αιώνια σου η μνήμη Ιεράρχα του

"Αυτή είναι η μόνη αληθινή επανάσταση.."

Ο Χριστός είναι η χαρά, το φως το αληθινό, η ευτυχία! Ο Χριστός είναι η ελπίδα μας!
Η σχέση με τον Χριστό είναι αγάπη, ενθουσιασμός, λαχτάρα του βίου! Ο Χριστός είναι το παν! Είναι έρωτας αναφαίρετος.
Ο έρωτας του Χριστού. Από εκεί πηγάζει η χαρά.
Χριστιανός είναι αυτός που έχει τη ζωή του Χριστού και όχι αυτός που κάνει καλά έργα μόνο, γιατί καλά έργα κάνει και κάποιος που δεν είναι χριστιανός. Και τη ζωή του Χριστού την αποκτά ο άνθρωπος με τη συμμετοχή του στη μυστηριακή ζωή της Εκκλησίας και ιδιαίτερα στη θεία Λειτουργία.
Πνευματική ζωή δεν σημαίνει καλή συμπεριφορά, αλλά παρουσία του Αγίου Πνεύματος στη ζωή του ανθρώπου.
Η βίωση της αλήθειας της Ορθοδοξίας θα μας μάθαινε να βλέπουμε τον Θεό στο πρόσωπο των αδελφών μας, να σεβόμαστε τον κόσμο σαν δώρο του Θεού, να στραφούμε από την επιφάνεια στο βάθος της ύπαρξής μας, θα μας οδηγούσε στην ανεύρεση ενός νέου, κοινοτικού και αγαπητικού τρόπου ζωής.
Αυτή θα ήταν η μόνη αληθινή επανάσταση που θα μπορούσε να αλλάξει τη μορφή και τη ζωή του τόπου μας και του κόσμου όλου.
Η μόνη αλήθεια που θα μπορούσε να νοηματοδοτήσει τη ζωή, η μόνη διέξοδος στον σημερινό αδιέξοδο κόσμο.

This week, those who wish to confess can come to the church after Vespers on Thursday (December 19), Friday (December 20), and Saturday (December 21). No appointment needed. Please consult the agenda to see when the vespers finish in each of these days.

Αυτή την εβδομάδα, όσοι επιθυμούν να εξομολογηθούν μπορούν να έρθουν στην εκκλησία μετά τον Εσπερινό την Πέμπτη (19 Δεκεμβρίου), την Παρασκευή (20 Δεκεμβρίου) και το Σάββατο (21 Δεκεμβρίου). Δεν απαιτείται ραντεβού.
Συμβουλευτείτε το πρόγραμμα για αν δείτε πότε τελειώνει ο εσπερινός σε κάθε μία από αυτές τις ημέρες.

Historische mijlpaal voor de Orthodoxe Kerk in Nederland

Afgelopen zaterdag, 14 december 2024, vond de ondertekening plaats van de overeenkomst Orthodoxe Zedende Instantie (OZI) met de Nederlandse Overheid. Metropoliet Athenagoras Peckstadt vertegenwoordigde de Oosters Orthodoxe Kerk en aartsbisschop Polycarpus Augin Aydin de Oriëntaals-orthodoxe kerken.

Deze belangrijke stap bevestigt de erkenning van orthodoxe geestelijke verzorging bij Defensie en markeert een nieuwe fase in de groei en samenwerking van de Orthodoxe Kerken in Nederland. Een mijlpaal waar we met dankbaarheid op terugkijken!
