Hope International Baptist Church of Rotterdam is a Bible teaching and mission church. We are part of God’s household, sons and daughters, the Bride of Christ, from different countries partnering with God in this world to take care of the earth and its people, and impact our communities with the life-changing message (Good News) of the gospel about Jesus Christ. Hope International Baptist Church of Rotterdam was established in October1993 and is registered at the Rotterdam’s Chamber of Commerce (Kamer van Koophandel). Jim Norton, an American missionaries and expatriates. Hope church is affiliated with the International Baptist Convention (IBC), a fellowship of English-speaking churches and missions in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Central and South America which voluntarily cooperate with each other for the purpose of carrying out the Great Commission of Jesus Christ found in Matthew 28:18-20. The convention is comprised of more than 65 English-speaking churches and church plants in 26 countries. Although we are traditionally Baptist, our church has had people from around the world of diverse denomination come to worship with us. Vision
Our vision is holistic and is rooted in the vision of Christ: improving the lives of the poor by recognizing people's physical, social, spiritual, and economic needs through the proclamation of the gospel.
