VikramV: What is the true nature of all existence. It is to exist & survive for eternity... To exist we need each other & everything else to Co-exist & support each other at many levels. Cooperation & Healthy growth is needed. In other words we need to Evolve together. We need to pass on information from one generation to the other... through regeneration & evolution through all the cells in The body, brain, in all species etc. all this can happen only through a Deeper connection of Unity that is experienced with you and the other as well as everything else. True nature is to evolve & pass on this wisdom & knowledge before you, the cell and the species dies. Evolution is in its nature & that can happen only through an experience of Divine Unity, also called as Supreme Love with Life in all its forms….

To the Spiritual Seeker Learning how choices in life aligns one to the higher or lower Consciousness.

Our Choices in general are made by one’s unconscious.
As your awareness levels increase, you get to opportunity to choose differently. Each moment is fresh & is disconnected from the past. Your response would also be fresh & new. You can use your past experiences to respond or choose from the options available at that moment. You are then living in a greater new reality & creating a different future in life. Usually Your choices define you. But when you awareness, witnessing what is happening, you now have a choice.
You may respond uniquely to similar situations, by being in a state of inner-freedom!!!
However whatever choices you make consciously or unconsciously, they help you to align or tune into higher or lower, in consciousness. So, respond to life with Awareness. Awareness gives you time & makes you see the bigger picture. Emotions would be in your control, as you no more react to situations, blindly!!!!

U try to change yourself because the mind doesn’t accept the way you already are. Your inner realities are different but you act differently outside. Hence the conflict.

Growth only happens through contribution. You need to give in order to receive.

In this Amazing Journey of Awakening... The Self needs to get fulfilled & also find balance. First there are things to learn, life to be enjoyed, some deep desires that need to be fulfilled, Feel & experience Love, attain recognition & importance in family & society. Then as you start feeling fulfilled, you cannot hold back from Giving!!! It’s so natural to give, offer charity, help, contribute for the welfare of others, teach, share, transfer to others what you have acquiredthrough hardwork etc. to grow in the spiritual path, you have to be light. All the inner & external wealth, learning, skills talents need to be expressed & passed on or channelised.... to your sincere disciples/learners. To move higher or to receive greater & eternal gifts/blessings from the Divine you have to learn to give all that you have to family, friends & the public. That is when the circle of life is complete & all info across time is passed on to the next/future generations. It’s the natural course/way of the Universe. You move from worldly to the Eternal!!!!

To the Spiritual Seeker struggling with one’s negative life patterns....

The program flows as the patterns in our lives.

You are like a Robot filled with information. Your vasanas or past life experiences, your womb experiences, your childhood till about 6 years of age all these make the program. A few of your teenage & adulthood strong experiences may also become part of your program. This collective program creates certain pattern of situations & experiences repeating time & again to strengthen your inbuilt program which I have named as a collective program. This program is behind the screen like that of a computer & manipulates throughout your life.
Solution: Through Awareness, You learn to witness them & stay unaffected... like a lotus untouched by the muddy water below its surface.

You are your conditioning. That conditioning is making use of your life for its survival. Watch this.

You are conditioned all through your childhood & also you grew up into a adult, u picked up so many conditionings. You did not choose them. They were put into by family, society, religion & so on. The goal is not to fight with these inside you or rebel against them. See how they are making use of your life; how they deprive you of freedom. Conditioning too is like a bad habit, constantly manipulating you. Don’t fall prey to it. Instead. Use can them wisely. If they help you, you can use them or else, just be conscious of them.
Choose what’s constructive for you & others in that situation. If not useful, just drop them & move on....
Be present to the moment.

Trust on your Divine through plenty of personal experiences & miracles are necessary to strengthen your faith & it amplifies your experience of life, greater & mostly permanent liberation from suffering/pain & discovery of Love... all start happening. Your experience of the universe, creation, life, bird’s eye view of things, all are possible when your faith & Bond with your Divine is strong...

Try these steps with your Divine:
Daily worship,
Regular conversations,
Chanting mantras,
regular sadhanas,
Contemplation of teachings,
Earning Good karma,
Having good Bhakti or devotion
& so on...

Seva, helping people, nature, teaching good values & leading by example etc. makes you earn Sat Karma or good karma which will help you in your spiritual process.
