IBEC ဆရာတော်သည် ပြည်တွင်းပဋိပက္ခကာလဖြစ်သည့် (2021-2026) နှစ်များတွင် အမေရိကနှင့်ဥရောပတွင် အေးချမ်းစွာနေထိုင်ခွင့်ရှိသော်လည်းမြန်မာပြည်ကိုစွန့်ခွါမသွားပဲ ပြည်သူလူထု၏သောကအပူကို ဓမ္မတရားဖြင့်လည်းကောင်း ထောက်ပံ့ကူညီရေးဖြင့်လည်းကောင်း လူငယ်တို့အနာဂတ်မပျောက်စေရန် ကြောက်ခေတ်ကိုမှောက်ပစ်ဖို့လူတိုင်းပညာသင်ရမည်ဟူ၍လည်းကောင်း ပြည်သူနှင့်အတူခါးစီးခံကာ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံအတွက်ဘက်လိုက်မူမပါပဲလက်တွေ့ကြသောစောင့်ရှောက်ကူညီမူများဆောင်ရွက်ပေးခဲ့လေသည်။
ပညာရေးကဏ္ဍအဖြစ် စစ်ကိုင်းတစ်မြို့နယ်လုံး၏အစိုးရဓမ္မာစရိယပထမပြန်စာမေးပွဲသံဃာငါးထောင်ခန့်ဖြေဆိုနိုင်ရန်လည်း (2020) ကိုဗစ်ကာလမှ(2025) သဘာဝဘေးအန္တရာယ်ငလျှင်ကာလအထိစီစဉ်ဆောက်ရွက်ပေးခဲ့လေသည်။
ယခုအခါ ပရိယတ္တိစာသင်တိုက်ကို ငယ်လတ်ကြီးဓမ္မာစရိယတန်းအထိလည်းကောင်း ဘုန်းတော်ကြီးသင်ပညာရေးကို ကေဂျီမှရှစ်တန်းအထိအခမဲ့ပညာရေးကိုလည်းကောင်း အထက်တန်းကျောင်းကို မူ/လယ်/ထက်အထိလည်းကောင်းဆောင်ရွက်ပေးနေသလို အိုင်ဘီအီးစီတက္ကသိုလ်ပညာရေးကို ဘာသာစကားနည်းပညာ ဘီအေ အမ်အေ ပီအိပ်ဒီ(ပါရဂူ) တန်းအထိ ဖွင့်လှစ်ပို့ချပေးနေလေသည်။
ပြည်တွင်း/ပြည်ပ အနေဖြင့် ကမ္ဘာ့ကုလသမဂ္ဂ၊အာစီယမ်အပါအဝင် ဥရောပ ကိုရီးယား ဂျပန်အစရှိသောနိုင်ငံများသို့အကြိမ်ပေါင်းများစွာ ဗုဒ္ဓသာသနာအတွက်လည်းကောင်း လူသားချင်းဆိုင်ရာအကူအညီပေးရေးအတွက်လည်းကောင်း ပဋိပက္ခချုပ်ငြိမ်းရေးအတွက် အစိုးရ တပ်မတော် တော်လှန်ရေးဟူသောအဖွဲ့အစည်းများသို့ဘက်လိုက်ခြင်းမရှိပဲ ပကတိမြေပြင်အခြေအနေများကိုနိုင်ငံတကာသို့စဉ်ဆက်မပြတ်ရှင်းလင်းပြောပြဆောင်ရွက်ပေးခဲ့ပါသည်။
ယနေ့ ဒေသစံတော်ချိန်နေ့လည်(3:00) နာရီအချိန်တွင် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံမှဥရောပတိုက်နယ်သာလန်IBEC ကျောင်းတော်သို့စတင်ထွက်ခွါသွားပြီဖြစ်ပါသည်။
နယ်သာလန်IBEC ကျောင်းတော်ကို(2015)ခုနှစ်တွင်စတင်ခဲ့ရာ လောကဓံလှိုင်း၏ရိုက်ခတ်ချက် မလိုသူတို့၏စွပ်စွဲချက်များကိုခွန်းတုံ့မပြန်ပဲ ဆယ်နှစ်ကျော်ကြံ့ကြံ့ခံကာဆောင်ရွက်ပေးနေပါသည်။
နိုင်ငံတော်ပုန်ကန်မူအဖွဲ့အစည်းများနှင့်ဝေးဝေးရှောင်ကာ ဓမ္မအလိုကျဆောင်ရွက်လျှက်ရှိသလို သက်ဆိုင်ရာနိုင်ငံ၏တည်ဆဲဥပဒေကိုလေးစားကာဆောင်ရွက်လျှက်ရှိပါသည်။ IBEC နယ်သာလန်ကျောင်းတော်အနေဖြင့်မည်သည့်နိုင်ငံရေးခိုလှုံခွင့်မျှလျှောက်ထားခြင်းမရှိသလို မည်သည့်ဆန္ဒပြပွဲတွင်လည်းမပါဝင်ပါ။
ယခုခရီးစဉ်သည် နယ်သာလန်IBEC ကျောင်းတော်အတွက်ဥပဒေရေးရာများဆောင်ရွက်စရာရှိသဖြင့်နယ်သာလန်အစိုးရတည်ဆဲဥပဒေအတိုင်းအဖွဲ့အစည်းဆက်လက်ရှင်သန်စေရန် ဥပဒေပညာရှင်များဖြင့်တွေ့ဆုံဆွေးနွေးခြင်း ရှေ့နေများဖြင့်ဆွေးနွေးခြင်း အသင်းအဖွဲ့လုပ်ထုံးလုပ်နည်းများစနစ်တကျဖြစ်စေရန်အတွက် လောကဓမ္မဥပဒေနှစ်ဖြာနှင့်အညီသာသနာပြုနိုင်ရန်သာသနာပြုခရီးကြွရောက်ခြင်းဖြစ်ကြောင်းသတင်းထုတ်ပြန်အပ်ပါသည်။

The Current Challenges We are Facing'' on the third UNWPA Conference in Japan ( 11-14 October 2025)

It is a great honour and a pleasure for me to be here with you and able to
contribute to the 3rd UNWPA International Conference, held on October 11, 12,
and 13, 2025 for the business matching at Unify JAPAN Co.,Ltd., 12th Floor,
Kawasaki Frontier Building, 11-2 Ekimae Honcho, kawasaki-ku, Kaeasaki-shi,
Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan. I would like to express my heartfelt thanks and
appreciation to the UNWPA for organizing this very important and very relevant
conference on Heart Against Silence and the opportunity that you have given to
all the participants to be part of this good course. I am really delighted and
motivated to meet and befriend with all of you who come from near and far with
great interest and enthusiasm to share and contribute your experience and
expertise to the peace of the world.
My presentation topic is "The Current Challenges We are Facing''
Political situations in the world have dramatically been changing. The world's
ground situations are becoming more aggressive than ever. There have been many
power competitions between Western group led by America and Eastern group
led by China and Russia. Most of the power competitions are politics, geopolitics,
economics, geoeconomics, the most dangerous weapons and technological
advancement.
There also have many strikes on religions, politics, economics in many
countries, especially well known in Nepal, French, the UK and Europe this year,
2025. The tension between the US and Venezuela has also been on the spot of the
world’s matter. Having passed hundreds of years with Democracy and
Liberalism, people and the world’s leaders would like to change the political style
and look after their own countries’ affairs. They do not hesitate any longer to fight
against one another only for their own profits.
In my country, Myanmar, there have been many changes in political
situations since 2021. As consequences of the changes, economics, healthcare,
education, transportation and many other sectors are facing challenges,
difficulties and undeveloped situations. Armed-forced organizations have been
fighting each other, destroying the state infrastructure: school, hospital, bridges,
roads, villages and towns.
More than man-made crisis, we faced many natural disasters; the most
dangerous one is the 7.7 magnitude earthquake, occurred on 28 March 2025 and
the epicenter is near Mandalay, severely impacting Sagaing and Mandalay. The
quake caused widespread destruction across Sagaing Region, Mandalay Region,
Naypyidaw, Southern Shan State, and Bago Region.
It was the most devastating earthquake in decades, impacting more than 9
million people, including 2.7 million children. While emergency search and
rescue operations have concluded, the long and difficult journey of recovery and
rebuilding now lies ahead. In Sagaing, over 40,000 homes were destroyed, and
critical infrastructure including schools, hospitals, and monasteries collapsed.
Sagaing, a region known for its spiritual and educational importance, faces
challenges due to disrupted communication and limited access to aid.
My organization, International Buddhist Education Centre (IBEC), which
supports more than 4,000 children each year, sustained serious damage.
Classrooms, dormitories, and trauma-healing spaces are no longer usable. I
managed to provide students safe, functional, and earthquake-resilient facilities
in time. Without timely intervention, children already impacted by conflict,
poverty, and displacement risk losing access to education and support during a
key moment of their recovery. And also, my organization provided about $100
million to the earthquake-affected victims as Humanitarian Assistance in
cooperation with organizations under UN: United Nations High Commissioner
for Refugees (UNHCR), United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), United
Nations Children Fund, World Food Programme, ASEAN Humanitarian
Assistance (AHA), the United Nations and legally registered organizations in
Myanmar. Hoverer, we are still facing the daily challenges.
In the coming year, there will have the election in my country that I hope
to become a good political change for Myanmar. We believe a republic
government can create a better nation for its citizens. I believe that the current
crisis in Myanmar can only be resolved through the constructive dialogue,
positive partnership, effective collaboration and most important of all by shared
values for peace and reconciliation championed by our community leaders in the
region through building of an epicentrum of harmony.
