Great to be part of the Global and European Family ❤️🙏🏼🔥

Grateful to be here this week with our Europe Teen Challenge family.

Leaders from across the region gathered together with one heartbeat—to see lives restored and hope put within reach. It’s been a powerful time of connection, encouragement, and shared vision.

God is moving in incredible ways through Teen Challenge across Europe. Stories of freedom, faithfulness, and transformation are unfolding in nation after nation.

Please keep this region in your prayers. Pray for strength and wisdom for every leader, for the staff and interns serving daily, and for every student walking the road to freedom.

Dear TC Family,

15 jaar geleden vandaag overleed David Wilkerson — de oprichter van TC en een man die ik nooit zal vergeten. Zijn gehoorzaamheid aan God heeft een onmeetbare impact gehad: levens veranderd, zielen gered.

Persoonlijk zou ik er niet zijn geweest zonder zijn bediening en toegewijde leven. Mijn moeder werd geroepen tot bedieningspaneel door het lezen van The Cross and the Switchblade, en mijn vader kwam tot geloof tijdens een Teen Challenge tent-evangelisatie. Ze ontmoetten elkaar later op de bijbelschool, waarna ze het eerste Teen Challenge rehabilitatiecentrum buiten de VS startten — in Haarlem, Nederland.

Deze foto van mij met David Wilkerson is uit 2005, de laatste keer dat hij in Nederland was. Zijn nalatenschap leeft voort — ook in mijn eigen verhaal.

15 years ago today, David Wilkerson passed away — a man I will never forget. His obedience to God has had an immeasurable impact: lives changed, souls saved.

Personally, I likely wouldn’t even be alive without his ministry and devoted life. My mother was called into ministry through reading The Cross and the Switchblade, and my father got saved at a Teen Challenge tent outreach. They later met in Bible college and went on to start the first Teen Challenge rehab center outside the USA — in Haarlem, the Netherlands.

This picture of me with David Wilkerson was taken in 2005, the last time he was in the Netherlands. His legacy lives on — even in my own story.

🔥 Dit weekend hebben we The Foundry School of Ministry gelanceerd tijdens de VPE conferentie!

The Foundry is een plek waar een nieuwe generatie wordt gevormd en verfijnd door het Woord, aanbidding, gebed, community en het vuur van de Heilige Geest. Een fulltime, residentiële Bijbelschool waarin we starten met een jaar van geestelijke vorming en karakterontwikkeling.

We zijn dankbaar dat de VPE dit heeft omarmd als hun fulltime Bijbelschool. Samen investeren we in de volgende generatie leiders die stevig geworteld zijn in Gods Woord en bewogen door Zijn Geest.

🙏 Dank aan William Boné voor zijn visie en leiderschap in deze samenwerking. Samen mogen we bouwen aan iets wat verder reikt dan onszelf.

🔥 This past weekend we launched The Foundry School of Ministry at the VPE conference (Dutch Assemblies of God)

The Foundry is a place where the next generation will be refined by the Word, worship, prayer, community, and the fire of the Holy Spirit. It is a full time residential Bible school, starting with a year of spiritual formation where character is shaped and foundations are built.

We are grateful that the VPE has embraced this as their full time Bible school. Together we are investing in a new generation of leaders rooted in God’s Word and led by His Spirit.

Herstel hoop en toekomst

Terwijl we op de vooravond van 2026 zijn, kijken we vooruit met dankbaarheid en verwachting.
Het afgelopen seizoen heeft sporen nagelaten persoonlijk én in het werk maar juist daarin hebben we Gods trouw gezien.

De Bijbel spreekt over mensen die “de oude puinhopen zullen herbouwen en de fundamenten van vorige generaties zullen herstellen.”
(Jesaja 58:12)

Dat is onze wens en ons gebed voor dit jaar
dat wat gebroken leek opnieuw wordt opgebouwd dat waar leegte was nieuw leven ontstaat en dat wij geroepen zijn om herstellers van muren en bouwers van toekomst te zijn.

✨ We wensen jullie een gezegend hoopvol en herstellend 2026
met vertrouwen vooruit in afhankelijkheid van God.

As we are entering 2026
we look ahead with gratitude and expectation.
The past season has left its marks personally and in the ministry yet through it all God has shown Himself faithful.

Scripture speaks of those who “will rebuild the ancient ruins and restore the foundations of generations past.”
(Isaiah 58:12)

That is our wish and prayer for this year
that what seemed broken will be rebuilt that where there was emptiness new life will grow and that we may walk as repairers of broken walls and restorers of hope.

✨ We wish you a blessed hope filled and restoring 2026 moving forward in trust and dependence on our God.

It was a great privilege Global Teen Challenge to host you here at TC Netherlands!

This week is our Global Teen Challenge Regional Directors meeting in the Netherlands.

Please join us in prayer for a powerful time of planning, vision casting, encouragement, and refreshing as we come together to seek the Lord’s direction. We will be praying over our directors, staff, centers, and Teen Challenge ministries in more than 140 nations.

Teen Challenge is more than a program—it is a Great Commission ministry. Together, we are focused on reaching people, introducing them to Jesus, and seeing lives truly set free.

Pray that this week will be marked by unity, bold vision, and the presence of the Holy Spirit as we continue to serve a broken and hurting world.

We received word from Adult & Teen Challenge Central Canada that their Denare Beach Men’s Campus has been completely destroyed by the wildfire.

While we are deeply thankful that all students and staff are safe and have been relocated, the loss of this campus is heartbreaking. The fire continues to threaten other nearby facilities, and the grief in this moment is very real.

Let’s surround our Teen Challenge family in Central Canada with prayer—praying for peace, protection, and provision in the days ahead. Join us in lifting up the students, staff, and frontline crews battling this fire.

Join Us in Prayer for Our Building Project in the Netherlands

Please pray for our current building project in the Netherlands, that it will become a place for prayer teams, training teams, and a launching pad to send people out into the cities, across Europe, and around the globe. Pray that this facility will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach and fulfilling our mission—until all live free.

Doors seem to be opening for a physical location in the city of Amsterdam for Teen Challenge Netherlands, and we need your prayers. Will you pray with us for open doors, provision, and guidance as we move forward?

Amsterdam is a city known for its beauty, culture, and history, but it is also a place where many are trapped in addiction and hopelessness. The Netherlands, like much of the world, is in desperate need of Christ-centered recovery and discipleship programs. For years, Teen Challenge has been a beacon of hope in places where darkness seems to have a stronghold, and we are so grateful to have a presence in Amsterdam—offering a place where people can encounter the love of Jesus, find freedom from addiction, and step into a life of transformation.

Right now, we are trusting God as we move forward with this new building project in Amsterdam. This facility will allow us to reach more people, disciple more lives, and provide a space where the power of the Gospel can change hearts. But we cannot do this alone—we need your prayers!

Here’s how you can join us in prayer:
1 Pray for the city of Amsterdam – That God would break strongholds of addiction and spiritual darkness, and that many would come to know the freedom found in Christ.
2 Pray for those we serve – That individuals struggling with addiction would find hope and healing through the ministry of Teen Challenge.
3 Pray for our staff and leadership – For wisdom, strength, and encouragement as they step out in faith to lead this project.
4 Pray for provision – That God would provide the necessary resources, finances, and favor to complete this building project.
5 Pray for open doors – That city officials, partners, and the community would embrace the vision of Teen Challenge in Amsterdam.
