Leadership is more than influence, position, or authority. Before Moses was entrusted with leading a nation, he first learned to faithfully serve God.
Our generation needs leaders whose character is shaped in God's presence before it is displayed before people. When our hearts are submitted to Him, power no longer becomes a tool for self, but an opportunity to serve.
May we become men and women who seek God's approval before the applause of people—leaders who are faithful in private so they can be trusted in public.

Leadership is a sense of responsibility, a burden and a core element to take a yoke upon one’s self, as intrisincally deposited by God in the heart of an individual to be a pathfinder in a lost cause.

Know it. Name it. Rebuke it.
"This kind can come forth by nothing, but by prayer and fasting." — Mark 9:29 (KJV)
Not every battle is the same, and not every situation requires the same approach. Jesus identified the spirit behind the affliction before He rebuked it. He dealt with the root, not just the symptoms.

Authority without discernment produces frustration. What you cannot identify, you cannot effectively confront.
As you pray today, ask God for spiritual discernment, reveal the root of every challenge, and give you His strategy for victory.

The Kingdom teaches us to pray.
Every prayer establishes God's will over every situation. Every declaration rooted in His Word legislates heaven's purpose on earth.
When the enemy speaks failure, declare victory.
When men speak defeat, declare God's promises.
When circumstances seem impossible, legislate by prayer.
Don't just react. Legislate in the Spirit through prayer.

Consecration is the solemn act of setting apart a person, place, or object from secular use and dedicating it permanently to God or sacred service.

Happy New Month Beloved of God, this month we take a journey into enforcing our consecration to take our inheritance. From the Life of Elisha, who journeyed circumspectly with the prophet Elijah, we shall delve into his life and discipline to obtain the mantle. Consecration is the language and practice to enter into greater heights. Without the discipline thereof, it can be costly and lead to the lose of voices for a generation. In order to take hold of everything the Lord has for you must be willing to submit to His ways. This month of April, set yourself apart and stick to the discipline of your consecration.

Worrying blurs vision, Faith fuels Action.

Which of you by worrying can add one cubit to his stature?Pondering over this question, I needed to understand the meaning of the word stature. By a quick search, this definition came by;

Stature refers to a person’s natural standing height, or, figuratively, their level of importance, reputation, and status gained through development.

Many times we feel stuck in life, stuck in our ways and bound by our struggles. However are we really stuck or the phenomenon of solely worrying about it, is what makes us stuck? Amidst the trouble, we are blinded to the wisdom and lessons being revealed for our becoming. Think about the question again, which of you by worrying can add one cubit to his stature? Also consider the definition of stature and the key words; status gained through development. Because here is the fact, the affliction is not to cause you to focus on the pain, but to awaken you to your weaknesses and prompt you to act. While you worry you are bound by the limitations of fulfilling a vision, whereas faith beckons you to see where the loophole has always been.

So beloved if you’re reading this today, I implore you, Shake off the pitty party, and rise in Faith. Your becoming is far more weightier than your sorrow. There is glory ahead, prepare rather than keeping head bowed!
