This Sunday is Pentecost, one of the most important feasts of the church. We celebrate ‘the outpouring of the Holy Spirit’. What happened when the Holy Spirit was poured out? And what does it mean for our lives today? Come and find out at Vineyard Amsterdam.

During the coming potluck lunch Vineyard on Sunday June 7th after church service Vineyard Amsterdam will organise a so called ‘Team Market’.

Every team will be presented so that everyone can orientate on joining a team.
The coffeeteam, welcome and beamerteam have their own furniture to present themselves: besides also the connect groups can exhibit themselves spread over the room using a display.
All groups can accompany their expo with some food, photos or information. Just think of something original. Let’s present our teams and connectgroups on Sunday afternoon June 7th!

Vineyard Games Opening Night

On Tuesday June 9th, we come together as Vineyard Amsterdam in IJburg to celebrate the close of this season — and the start of something new.
Everyone connected to Vineyard is warmly invited for a potluck dinner and movie evening. Bring a dish to share, bring your people, and come ready for a great night together.
We kick off at 18:30 with the potluck dinner, followed at 19:30 by a screening of The Forge — an inspiring Christian film about what it takes to become who you’re meant to be.
A special invitation goes out to all connect groups: this is your evening. Come as a team.
And stay for the surprise — because at the close of the night, we’ll be launching the VYA Connect Group Games and drawing the first challenge by hat. You won’t want to miss it.

We will read from Mark 16 as we reflect on God working in unexpected ways. We will look at how what seems like loss, weakness, or death can become a source of hope and transformation through Jesus.

This Friday is Good Friday. On April 3th we will speak about Mark 14/15: Jesus’ journey to the cross. In this contemplative church service, we Will do worship and reflections on the table, garden, courtyard, road and cross.

You are welcome in Westerwijk, Admiraal de Ruyterweg 150.

All are welcome at 16.00 to join outreach in the area of Westerwijk. We start at Westerwijk. After outreach we will do a meal together.
At 19.30 the service will start.
