About our Ministry at QUINTA ESPERANZA .·
We started in 2005 with children and adults from the neighborhood. Before long we had 350 people attending our church Iglesia Nuevo Amanecer (New Awakening).
We were meeting under a zinc roof and in 2006 we built our church. We also built houses for our Children’s Home, Daniel’s House, our medical clinic, El Sol, and added a porch onto the main house. We also started our Preschool-Kindergarten, Jesus’ Little Seedlings, in 2006.
Later we added another room onto Daniel’s House and then the Feeding Center and outdoor eating area.
Our focus has always been on children and youth. Providing for their needs and giving them a good spiritual foundation and a good Christian education.
Over the years we have hosted Short-term Missions teams and Medical teams. We have provided food, clothing, educational materials and backpacks and more to the needy children in the Barrio Pedro Joaquin Chamorro in Diriamba and to other children in different barrios.
For many years our youth ministered in other towns thru dance, Sunday schools, and provision of food. There has also been ministry to new mothers in the local hospitals and the elderly in Nursing Homes and Assisted Living.
Our ministry is non-denominational and we believe in a Triune God: Father, Son, Holy Spirit.
