Our Spring groups wrapped up with Harding Spring and Harding Medical. Over the course of six weeks, we six groups of Guest Missionaries, each with a different focus, but all aimed at serving others (and being served) in the name of Jesus. We had the privilege of providing medical care to over 1,300 individuals across eight communities (including wellness physicals for children in Kingdom Kid, distributing water filters for homes, supporting mothers-to-be at Casa Maternal, starting the construction of a house for a family, delivering 120 books for a library for Kingdom Kids in La Dalia, sponsors visiting their child in Kingdom Kids and engaging with the church and youth in Jinotega, among other activities. Everyone contributed and worked hard, and we are grateful for their efforts and those that make their trip possible. To all be blessed as you have blessed us. Our next group, Lipscomb, will join us on May 9.

We give thanks to God and to everyone who has played a role in enabling the Good Samaritan School/Kingdom Kids Honduras to celebrate its 40th anniversary on March 10th. For four decades, the school has been dedicated to providing quality education and spiritual growth to the children of Catacamas. This year marks the 10th year of Kingdom Kids being a part of the school's journey. God’s blessings of your allows us to be excited about the continuation of this opportunity to serve children and their families. 🙏

For over ten years the mission has supported the National Preacher’s Conference in September. This year that support will include four Regional Preacher’s Conferences in conjunction with the National Preacher’s Conference. Yesterday, we had the privilege of hosting the first Regional Preacher’s Seminar as part of our Aaron and Hur ministry, dedicated to supporting those who serve. We say thank-you to Enoch, a 15th committee member and coordinator of the missions work with the church, and Jose, who coordinated the event at MPC in Jinotega. And a special thanks to David Mojica the speaker for the day. The Aaron and Hur Ministry continues to uplift and empower those serving the church while spreading the message of our Lord.

It truly takes a team to make an impact. Many of you who visit Nicaragua are familiar with our dedicated staff, having worked with them closely. However, there are some team members you may not know, yet their contributions are essential in ensuring that the mission comply with current government regulations, including group management, financial accountability, operational certifications, etc. Their role in our mission cannot be emphasized enough. Pictured from left to right are: Alberto (Nicaraguan Director/Evangelist), Yesica (Accountant), Daniela (Administrative Assistant), and Genaro (Lawyer/Evangelist). They departed Jinotega early this morning and have spent the entire day managing the necessary tasks to keep our mission able to share Jesus while serving others.
