Pastor Babatunde Olusegun Mabinuori I just shared a story at the Worker's Congress at Rhema Chapel Oluyole.
Two guys drink every Sunday and don't go to church. One day, one of them had a dream and saw he died and went to hell. He ran to his friend an said he want to go to church that day and ask his friend to advise him which church among the many in the neighborhood he could begin to attend. His drunkard friend pointed at a church and said, "See that church, don't go there, they fight their pastor".
He pointed to another and said, "that particular one, don't join them, they only preach about money".
He pointed to another and said, "This one, don't join them, their members also drink and womanise, but if you want to go to heaven, join the church down the street"
The friend was happy and as he was about to leave, he wondered and asked his friend how he knows these about the churches when they both don't attend any church...
His friend replied with a grin and said, "I don't need to attend the churches, THEIR MEMBERS TALK ABOUT WHATEVER IS HAPPENING IN THE CHURCHES. By what they say ABOUT their churches, I know who they are"
