POWER OF THE BLESSING-RELEASING THE BLESSING (Gen 1:26-28)
A quick recap of our last series on the power, the most important thing God gave man was the blessing he created man and gave him blessings, What is blessing? Blessing is a pronouncement invoking divine aid for every divine provision there is human provision, we also saw the path ways of the bleeding of the power of the power of blessing.

So today series we will continue from the topic the power of the blessings
What is release
To release means to let go of it also means discharge. At creation God released something he had on man which is the blessing. When curses are broken blessings are released, (Gen 1:28,12:1-3,Nehemiah 13:2, deutronomy 28:1-3,15)
There are 3 major blessing connectors:
1. God: God is the blesser (Gen 1:28, Ephesians 1:3)
2. ⁠Parents: Your father and your mother is a major blessing connector (exo 20:12,Ephesians 6:2-3)
3. ⁠Spiritual parent: your pastor or your prophet, y pastor carries the blessing, when you obey and honor your pastor you can’t end in shame(Ephesians 6:1, Matt 10:41, 2 cor 20:20)

What is blessing of Christ bleeding?
The blessings of Christ bleeding simply means the spiritual benefits and grace derived from Christ sacrificial death on the cross,particularly the shedding of his blood
We are connected to the God of blessing through redemption,Christ bleeding was our blessing

KEY ASPECT OF CHRIST'S BLESSINGS

1. Christ became the curse: the curse is the opposite of blessings, Christ offered himself as the curse ,all our sins was on him.

2. Christ took our place in death: we are not permitted to die untimely (Heb 3:9)Jesus destroyed the power of death (Ps 91:6) Christ died untimely so that you and I will live long.

3.Christ took our pressure so we can take his peace (Isa 53:3-6, Rom 5:1) peace is another blessing given to man when a man does not have peace it will attract so many sickness and afflictions, a man without Christ is a cursed man he is not blessed.

4. Christ took our hurt so we could take his health, our redemption in Christ is full package (1 Peter 2:24, Exo 23:26).

5.Christ took our wretchedness so we could hair his prosperity. Satan is against the soul of men so God's prosperity is not only Making money but journey mercies, provisions and so many more if the only thing man has is money then he has nothing. prosperity works by principle (Job 36:11)

HOW CAN WE ACCESS CHRIST

1.through the relationship with Jesus Christ. the relationships with Jesus is an access of the blessings, every relationship requires communication so in building relationships with God it requires prayer and study of the word

2.through faith with Jesus Christ: remove faith and there is no Christianity. faith is a spiritual substance that connects man to divinity with God. whatever you do without faith is a sin (Heb 6:12)

What is evil resistance

Evil resistance is every satanic opposition designed to hinder, delay, frustrate, or stop God’s purpose in your life.
It is the invisible force that fights visible progress. Whenever heaven releases a word over your life, darkness often attempts resistance to delay its manifestation.

Signs of Resistance

Resistance may appear as repeated setbacks, unexplained delays, persistent battles, closed doors, or cycles of disappointment (Dan 10:12–13, Ephe 6:12 ).

Note
Resistance is often proof that your breakthrough is near.

The Sources of Evil Resistance

Evil resistance comes from spiritual forces assigned to oppose divine advancement.

These resistances can come through territorial powers, foundational patterns, ungodly covenants, ignorance, fear, or disobedience.

Sometimes the greatest resistance is not external attack but internal weakness, lack of faith, inconsistency, and spiritual negligence.

Understanding the source of resistance helps you confront it effectively.( Hos 4:6, 2 Cor 2:11)

Note: What you cannot identify, you cannot effectively defeat.

How to Breaks Evil Resistance.

Every resistance bows to superior spiritual authority. The name of Jesus carries power over every force of darkness.
Victory is not achieved by human effort but by spiritual empowerment.(Luke 10:19, Phili 2:9–10, Col 2:15 ).

What resists your progress must submit to the authority of Christ.

Spiritual Weapons for Breaking Resistance

Prayer, fasting, the Word of God, faith, and prophetic declarations are spiritual weapons for dismantling resistance.

Resistance cannot be broken through complaint. It is broken through spiritual engagement.
(2 Cor 10:4,Mat 17:21 ,Heb 4:12)

Battles that persist require intensified spiritual response.

Why Evil Resistance Must Be Broken Quickly

Delayed resistance becomes prolonged captivity.

Gen 1:27-28

Things to note

1.The most important thing that God gave to man at creation was the blessing. not money or any other asset. God created man and left him in the hands of blessing ( Gen 9:1 )

2. One of the most powerful forces on earth is the force of the blessing. (Gen 9:1,12:1-2, Isa 65:8) God does not only bless you and it fades away but it lasts forever.

WHAT IS THE BLESSING?

1.The blessing is supernatural aid or reward (Prov 10:22) we live in a world where people kill for money, sacrifice for money and destroy their lives for money. Any money outside Gods riches will not last because it’s the blessings of God that maketh things. You can have money and still be frustrated. No matter the condition you are in, do not envy people.

2.The blessing is a pronouncement invoking divine aid ( Deu 28:1-3, Gen 32:24-29)
3. The blessing is a spiritual materiality ( Eph1:3) in other words, the blessing cannot be taken by man.
Blessings are the opposite of curses.
