Thomas wasn't with the other disciples of Jesus during Christ's visit to His disciples after He resurrected from the dead. Thomas was a wavering faith disciple. Thus, he was nicknamed Didymus because he failed to do the things he would do but do the bad things he would not. Thomas was always between the law of reasoning, which led to sin and the law of faith, which led to righteousness. Thomas was wretched at his condition because his body or reasoning was prevailing over the law of God. Therefore, Jesus who delivers men from such wretchedness, came again eight days later to deliver Thomas. Then, Thomas knew Jesus as Lord and God, and he started believing without seeing.

Meditative Word: Don't be an ever learning disciple that is never able to come to the knowledge of truth that makes free. John 8:31-32 & 2 Timothy 3:7.

Mysteries of God's Kingdom:
25th May 2026.
Apostle Demas had only a record of the work of the ministry before he forsook Paul. He wasn't involved in perfection of the saints and edification of the body of Christ. Thus, Luke, who was the one that stayed with Paul wrote the books of Luke and Acts of the apostles while Mark, who came to replace Demas wrote the book of Mark. In conclusion, perfecting and edifying the body of Christ is achieved with the word of God, while work of the ministry is service, kindness, and all manner of support given to members of the body of Christ and the body itself.

Ephesians 4:11-13, 2 Timothy 4:10-11, Acts 6:4, Colossians 4:14 & Philemon 1:24.
Meditative Word: Both the spirit and word of God are Comforter. Romans 15:4, John 15:26 16:7.

Mysteries of God's Kingdom:
Jesus told the Jews that Abraham rejoiced to see His day and that Abraham saw it and was glad. Abraham saw Jesus on the day Christ visited him with two angels in human form, and joyfully Abraham prepared meal for the Lord and the two angels, and Abraham was glad when the Lord told him that Sarah shall born a son called Isaac. In view of this, it is impossible for Jesus to lie because He is truth.

The wisdom of God hidden in the parable of the kingdom of heaven is that love, diligence and wiseness are things that aids entrance into the kingdom of heaven while hate, laziness and foolishness are obstacles to entrance into the kingdom of heaven.

22nd May 2026.
God is love before He gave Christ, His only begotten son for loving the world so much. Therefore, love is not giving or feeding the poor, and it is not being punished for the sake of others. Love is long suffering, kind, not envious or proud, not selfish, not easily provoked, thinks no evil, rejoice not in sin and injustice, bears everything, believe everything, hope everything and endures everything. In view of this, acts of love should emanate from love because mere acts of love are not true love. True love must have all the characteristics of love because God, who is love, possessed all the characteristics of love.

1 Corinthians 13:3-7.
Meditative Word: It would take the spirit of love to obtain perfect love, which drives away the spirit of fear. 2 Timothy 1:7 & 1 John 4:18.

21st May 2026.
The kingdom of God on earth is not known by observation because it is righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Ghost. In the same vein, being in the spirit is not known by observation because one is in the spirit when the spirit of God dwells in him. In conclusion, the kingdom of God is located in the Holy Ghost while being in the spirit is Holy Ghost be in a man.

Meditative Word: Things that enter belly don't defile, but things that enter the heart defile. Mark 7:18-21.
