ENTERING INTO REST [II]
Matthew 11:28-29
Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. [29] Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.

When you work for God he will move you from the place of labour to favour.

To labour for Jesus is to make yourself available for kingdom affection and kingdom growth.

Allow the word of Jesus to control your actions.

When you learn of Jesus you'll learn the pathway of righteousness and humility.

Let everything in you and around you be an instrument to serve the Lord.

It is through the fear of God that men perfect holiness, it is what builds Godly character.

Taking His yoke and learning of Him brings an anointing that breaks demonic yoke.

4. Returning to the Lord will give you rest [Jeremiah 6:16; Hosea 6:1]

5. Wait on the Lord [Isaiah 40:27-31; Isaiah 25:9]

- It's a way to put on the garment of praise [Isaiah 61:3]

The outcome of praise and dances is rest.
Nb - Midyear Thanksgiving is one way of declaring, their is a lifting up when men are cast down. This is the voice of Thanksgiving

ENTERING INTO YOUR REST

When Jesus talks about rest, it is about entering into the promises God has made to you [Matthew 11:28]
Everytime you come to Jesus, you're positioning yourself for rest and peace.

If you have not entered rest in a certain area, it's either there is a truth you've not known or some truth have not been applied.

There is no true rest outside Jesus Christ

1. Take His yoke: This means to become his servant, taking responsibility to work for God. Move from the inheritance mentality to the responsibility mentality.

WHAT ARE YOU DOING FOR THE LORD?
Are you putting enough effort in the yoke you're taking ?

We can be brothers by birth but to be servant is always by choice. Serve your parents, serve your masters.

Take his yoke means readiness to labour for God, serve people that God has placed authority over you.

Let His burden be your burdens: One thing that worries Christ is the souls that has not been saved. Win them and help them to stay in the house of God, care for them, do the little/much you can do for them.

2. Labour in the Lord / Learn of Him [Hebrews 4:2:11]
Learn his ways, make efforts/labour to become the best of what God wants you to become by acting with the word of God.
Reward comes by labour not by grace, push to overcome death, to overcome sin, poverty.
Sin will hinder you from having rest

To learn of him means building your character in Christ to become the person he has ordained for you.

Put away fear and unbelief which hinders you from acting on the word of God: Edify and build yourself spiritually.

3. Give the Lord and His ark a resting place in your life, home, marriage, business.
[1 Chronicles 28:2; 2 Chronicles 6:41]

The ark represents the presence of God. The resting place for the Lord is your heart, your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, so therefore flee bitterness, immortality and unrighteousness [1 Corinthians 6:18-19]

A life of Holiness gives God a resting place and when you give him a resting place, He will give you rest, dedicate the things you have to God, teach your Children to love the Lord, don't evict the Lord, be regular in church.

4. Thanksgiving

You want God to give you rest, Give him rest!
As you do the word of God you will find rest.

Every spirit/force saying you will not have rest, giving you troubles in any area of your life let them catch fire in Jesus name Amen.

HOW TO ENTER INTO YOUR REST

Genesis 8:1-4
God remembering Noah is an act of His mercy.

[Luke 12:6; Isaiah 49:15-16]

Before God brings rest to his people, he takes away any challenge that troubles them and kill their enemies.

Those that remember God shall certainly be remembered by God no matter the situation of life [Exodus 2:24]

How do we Remember God:

1. By praying to Him: it's an indication of total trust, reliance and dependence on Him [Judges 16:28].

2. By doing all His commandments [Psalms 103:18; Numbers 15:40]

3. By remembering and walking in al His ways [Deuteronomy 8:2]

4. Remember Him for the achievements and success: He gave you the power for the achievement, success and wealth, he gave you the power to live [Deuteronomy 8:18]

5. Remember His mighty works and wonder [1 Chronicles 16:12; Psalms 77:11]

6. Remembering His Name [Psalms 20:7; Psalms 77:10]

7. Remember God and His House [Psalms 137:1, Ecclesiastes 12:1]

God appoints a time for your remembrance [Job 14:13]

WHEN GOD REMEMBERS YOU:
- He takes care of every enemy [Judges 3:1]

- He sends his wind to blow off the flood (sickness, poverty etc)

- Psalms 61:2
Jesus is the rock, no other solid foundation than Jesus.

HOW TO ENTER REST

1. Prioritise intimacy with God( Total focus on God
2. Sign-in for total obedience [Job 36:11]
3. A life of faith and trust - Kill doubt and unbelief [Hebrews 4:1]

WINNING THROUGH PRAYER 🙏🏽 🙇🏽

Prayer is needed to win any battle in life. If Jesus our role model could pray, we must pray [Luke 18:1]

Prayer is communication with God. We pray so that we do not enter into temptation.
There are some unseen battles that is why we must pray.

If you must win in prayer, it must be done fervently.

Luke 22:44
And being in an agony he prayed more earnestly: and his sweat was as it were great drops of blood falling down to the ground.

There are prophecies and blessings that has gone ahead of you, don't just sit down and look take warfare to see manifestations [1 Timothy 1:18]

- A winning prayer must be done by faith

[1 Samuel 1:9-13 ; 24-26]

Hannah won the battle of barrenness, and she won this battle by praying, she didn't depend on her priest alone but took the responsibility of prayer by herself. [1 Samuel 2:1-5]

She confronted that challenge, she didn't chicken out, you should stand, confront and overcome that enemy. To win that battle you must be strong in prayer

Jabez was born in sorrow but through prayer he became an honorable person.
It's not a time to sleep but a time to confront and engage in prayer [ 1 Samuel 30:6]
David pursued, overtook and recovered all the enemy stole from him and gathered more spoils because he engaged God in prayer.

It's not enough to pray once/twice, it's best to pray until something happens.

- A winning prayer must be a persistent and consistent prayer; don't give up so easily [Luke 11]
It's not about complaining or crying it's about engaging God in prayer. Prayer is labour but there are profits we get when we pray and losses happen when we don't pray.

The blessing and prophecies that has been released in this season will come to pass through incubating them in prayer [2 Chronicles 20:1-9]

In the place of prayer you have to live a righteous life because it's a righteous man prayer that avails much [James 5:16]

[Acts 16:16-29] Paul and Silas didn't commit any sin when they got arrested but they didn't give up or got discouraged, instead they began to pray and sing praises because they know God is able to bring them out.

- You can overcome any challenge through prayer, don't give up because it has not happened hold on to God, confront them with prayer don't be silent.

- Pray with the word of God that addresses your situation/challenge and you'll see changes happen.

If you must win in life and overcome, rise up and pray!

I pray for you, that God will pour upon you the spirit of grace and of supplications in Jesus name. Amen

EFFECTS & MANIFESTATIONS OF WITCHCRAFT 🗡️

If you're a child of God then you're a perpetual enemy of witchcraft and you won't be doing yourself well if you don't crush them. Give them war!
They'll only love you if they bring you under their control and start using you.

Witchcraft is not the smallest level of demonic operations but human bodies give access to wicked spirits & evil forces to express themselves in the physical world.
It's the smallest level that seeks to attack businesses, marriages, families or houses.

It's important to recognize these things so that you can deal with them when you see it around.
There are three levels of witchcraft;
~ Demonic, spiritual, night flying & blood sucking witchcraft.
~ Witchcraft revealed as work of the flesh, a behavioral pattern that resembles what witches do and it opens doors for advanced types example rebellion. [Gal 5:20-21][1 Sam 15:23]
~ Witchcraft that operates physically without any spiritual inclination like manipulation, subtilty, craftiness.

Effects & Manifestations of Witchcraft;
1) Woes
2) Blood
3) Lies
4) Robbery
5) Preys & victims always
6) Endless useless battles
7) Frequent deaths
8) Spiritual misdirection & false substitutions for God.
9) Causing pain, sickness, sorrows [Acts 8:6-9]
10) Hinders access to the word & turns people away from the faith of Jesus [Acts 13:6-8]
11) Disobedience to God's word [Gal 3:1]
12) The ways & acts of jezebel;
~ seeks to destroy the people, service & worship of God. [1 Kings 18:13]
~ seeks to kill people to take over their inheritance & destiny. [1 Kings 21:7]
~ seeks to possess, run & pollute the church. [Rev 2:20]
~ Inspires & mentors evil and destruction.

[1 Kings 21:25] But there was none like unto Ahab, which did sell himself to work wickedness in the sight of the LORD, whom Jezebel his wife stirred up.

How To Deal With The Effects of Witchcraft
> Eliminate them spiritually. [Joshua 13:22]
> Disgrace them using God's word [Nahum 3:5-6]
> Throw them out, down and match them spiritually. Don't fear them. [2 Kings 9:30]
> Refuse to be sellable. Let no advantage make you go against the word. [Esther 3]
They sell and buy destinies with lies blood, & sacrifices but we buy back with the blood of Jesus & the truth of God's word.

There's nothing sin can offer you that'll ever be above the plan of Jesus. Stick to God's plan.
Don't allow anybody mentor you into evil not your wife or husband. God won't excuse you on judgement day because someone pushed you.
Evil association is a weapon of witchcraft. Watch for attacks against your destiny.

You need both the prophetic and a dimension of military to deal with witchcraft because God ordained us kings and priests.
