Oh Lord Give us a heart to sincerely serve you and to turn away from sin.

Oh lord remove pride from our heart, cloth us with humility.

Oh lord let my love for you and others be deeper and genuine.

Father we declare above all things that we prosper and be in good health as our soul prospers. 3 John 1:2

1. LOVE, WORSHIP, DEVOTION AND ALABASTER
The woman in Luke 7:37–38 demonstrated her love and devotion to Jesus through her worship. She brought her alabaster and poured it out before Him.

Worship is a response to who God is. It is giving God the highest place in our hearts and lives.

Worship goes beyond singing. God looks beyond what we are doing; He looks at the heart behind what we are doing.

2. HUMILITY AND SURRENDER
Serve God with humility.
Jesus humbled Himself even to the point of death so that the purpose of God could stand. Therefore, we must remain humble, even unto death.

When God blesses you with material things, become more humble and simple, not proud or cocky.

The Bible says that God resists the proud but gives grace to the humble.

3. SALVATION AND GRATITUDE
Always thank God for salvation.

Salvation is not by our works, our goodness, or what we have achieved. It is a free gift from God.

We must recognize God in our lives because the way we serve God reveals who we are.

Jesus is our Deliverer. He is the One who delivers us from sin.

Therefore, we must continually appreciate God for the salvation we have received.

4. WHAT IS WORSHIP?
Worship is responding to who God is.

It is giving God the highest place in our hearts.

The Bible teaches us to worship God in truth and in spirit.

Worship involves:
Singing and praising God
Expressing gratitude
Offering the sacrifice of praise continually
Giving
Serving
Visiting and caring for people
Living a life that honors God

Giving is part of worship.

True worship is not primarily about what we do with our lips; it begins with the condition of our hearts.

5. PRAYER AND CONSISTENCY
Prayer must be consistent.

If you continue praying consistently, you will see God answering you.

Prayer is like digging a well. You dig and drill before you begin to see what is underneath.

Keep praying until you break through into the realm of God. Pray to the extent that what you see by faith becomes real.

Voices rising, spirits aligned, and hearts focused on one thing; His presence.

In this atmosphere of worship, every distraction fades and every soul finds rest in God, Hearts are reshaped, burdens are released, and every gaze is fixed on the glory of God alone.

Jesus paid the ultimate price for us, and because of that sacrifice, He deserves more than just our words, He deserves the highest place in our lives.

On Day 1 of the End-of-Year Worship, Prayer & Fasting Conference, we were reminded to recognize Jesus as our Lord and personal Saviour, and to continually give Him praise and worship, even when life doesn’t go as planned.

Worship is more than singing a song. It is a lifestyle. It is choosing to put God first, honour Him, trust Him, and hold Him high in every season, the good, the difficult, and everything in between.

The question is: Is Jesus truly at the highest place in your life?

Never Allow the Devil to Steal Your Joy
No joy, no strength.

Whatever we are going through is light and temporary. It is for a moment, and it will not last forever. Therefore, give glory to God even in difficult seasons and experience His glory.

How Do I Prepare Myself for Glory?

1. Follow Christ

When we follow Him, we position ourselves to be prepared for glory. Our lives must continually reflect Christ.

2. Follow His Lifestyle

Follow His humility and His footsteps.

Humility begins at the point where we surrender ourselves completely to God and resist the devil.

Do not be double-minded. A heart that is not clean becomes divided, but a heart that is cleansed becomes single-minded and focused on God.

3. Be in Fellowship “And let us consider one another in order to stir up love and good works, not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together...” — Hebrews 10:24–25

Be a blessing to one another.

The church is not a place where we come only to please ourselves. We are called to serve, encourage, and bless others. Whatever we do should be done for the glory of God.

Prepare Your Heart “Your word I have hidden in my heart, that I might not sin against You.” — Psalm 119:11

Why do we need to prepare our hearts?

Because God desires our hearts to become His dwelling place.

Be different.

Trust in God and do not lean on your own understanding. God is Spirit, and our spirit is the dwelling place of God. Therefore, we must continually examine and prepare our hearts before Him.

Sin contaminates the heart, but God's Word cleanses and transforms us.

Let God Help You

Many of the battles we face come from our personal desires and pleasures. We fight because we want our own way.

Instead, surrender to God and allow Him to help you.

Do not harden your heart.

The rest comes through believing in Jesus Christ. His grace enables us to succeed and continue in Him.

Be Diligent
We work in grace, but we must also be diligent.
