Islamic Propagation Centre Warri The reasons forming the IPC were to primarily call and teach people of the Niger Delta region to Islam with emphasis on Warri and environs.

It also focuses on invigorating the existing Muslims Communities within the region to learn and know Islam according to the teaching of the Holy Qur’an and the authentic traditions of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).
