HIGHLIGHTS FOR SUNDAY'S SERVICE
TOPIC: GRACE FOR
SUCCESSFUL LIVING*
Text: 2 Corinthians 12:9
“My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness...”
Success in this world is not sustained by human effort alone.
With the constant increase of wickedness and pressure in the world, it takes the grace of God to live successfully.
The world defines success as money, possessions, fame, and influence.
But as Christians, success is beyond material things — it is living according to God’s purpose and commands.
1. *Grace Teaches Us to Depend on God*
Cast all your cares upon Him.
1 Peter 5:7
“Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.”
If you do not depend on God, your life will be dictated by whatever life throws before you.
Grace teaches total reliance on God.
2. *Grace Teaches Holy Living*
Titus 2:11–12
“For the grace of God… teaches us to say No to ungodliness…”
Grace is not a license to sin.
Grace is the power of God that enables righteous living.
Grace teaches obedience.
Grace teaches holiness.
Grace empowers us to please God.
3. *Grace Is the Fuel for Daily Living*
Grace is strength for the journey.
It is the divine supply that keeps you standing when others are falling.
Grace is Jesus at work in you.
When Jesus lives in you, successful living becomes your outward manifestation.
4. *Grace Directs Your Life*
Grace gives divine direction.
It orders your steps and keeps you from costly mistakes.
When grace is at work, confusion disappears and clarity comes.
5. *Grace Gives Boldness*
Romans 5:2
“By whom also we have access by faith into this grace…”
The consciousness of grace makes you bold.
You do not fear tomorrow because you know God is with you.
6. *Grace Gives Unusual Wisdom*
When God’s grace is at work:
You think differently
You act wisely
You solve problems supernaturally
Grace gave Joseph wisdom and made him ruler in Egypt.
7. *Grace Opens Doors*
When grace speaks for you, doors open.
Helpers respond to you when every door seems shut.
What effort cannot achieve, grace can deliver
8. *Grace Gives Peace in Chaos*
When grace is involved, you remain calm in storms.
The grace of God turns dry seasons into rainy seasons.
It causes you to have abundance when others are in lack.
*KEY TO SUCCESSFUL LIVING*
Pursue God first, and every other thing will follow.
When you chase God, success follows naturally.
Grace is simply taking God at His Word and trusting Him completely.
*Declaration*
I receive grace for successful living.
Grace to depend on God.
Grace to live holy.
Grace for wisdom and direction.
Grace for open doors.
Grace for peace in chaos.
Grace to prosper when others fail.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.
