Shout out to the Instructors and volunteers who made this VBS week a tremendous success.

Every day had its unique pressure as the numbers of children kept increasing. But we were able to scale each day and treat each child with care because you gave your all.

Thank you for taking leave off work and shutting down your business or minimizing client engagements this week to attend to these little ones the Lord treasures.

Thank you for giving your time and resources.

Shout out too to those who were present in spirit but fully part of the behind the scenes of this event. The Lord sees you in love-coloured super ultra HD lens.

If you're seeing this and still want to bring your child/ward, we'd like you to know that it's not too late. Every day, more children and teens show up, and our gates are open.

We're located at Enerhen Road, beside Enerhen Police Station, Warri.

Whatever axis you're coming from (Okorodudu junction, Enerhen Junction or Motel), stop at the Police Station junction and walk into the street. Church right in the middle of that street, just before the police station.

The teens haven't been left out in the ongoing VBS. They have been learning the word, and having breakout sessions that address pertinent issues in their current phase in life, and conversations that'd equip them for the future.

We trust every seed of God's word being sown in their heart this week.

Ever heard of the word "Ubuntu"?

It's coined from a South African phrase which explains interconnectedness and shared responsibility. When we say Ubuntu, we aren't just talking about kindness and the sheer display of humanity. We're saying "I am because we are".

As a local assembly situated in Enerhen, we feel an interconnectedness with this community, and a shared responsibility for its children. Because of this, we can boldly declare Isaiah 54:13 over them.

"All our children shall be taught by the Lord, And great shall be the peace of our children."

We're excited about what the Lord will do in and through the lives of the children of Enerhen community😍
