FACTS ABOUT FRIENDS
a.You will always become who you are close to.
b.Not everybody can add to your life.
c.Your Friends determine your direction.

*People are important to make progress in life and destiny.
*Don't be hostile to receiving people, just be wise.
*A friend is someone who influences you,you share your heart with, therefore your choice of friends determines your life.
*Your association hinders or boosts your growth in life.
*All human beings move by influence.
*Choose Friends that believe in growth and development.
*Be close to those that add value to your life regardless age/status.
*Recognize that no one is perfect.

1.WAKING UP ON TIME.
that wants to be great must learn to avoid excess sleep and be an early riser.5a.m is good time for a great start.

2.RESPECT OTHERS
breeds respect.
're on your way to succeed because no one succeeds alone.
open doors to greatness and respect is a great way to good relationship.

3.EAT HEALTHY
your body and know what is good for it.
lots of fruits and vegetables.
water often.

4.SET TARGETS AND TRY TO MEET DEADLINES.
a goal getter.Schedule activities and try to meet it.

5.DELIBERATELY CREATE GOOD HABITS.
: Eating early, Fufilling promises, Reading, Praying, Thinking, Positive Association, Hardwork, Integrity.

6.MAKE GOOD USE OF MISTAKES
can take you to a better place that you were if you learn from it and make good use of it.

7.EXERCISE DAILY.
