Christ the Redeemer’s Ministries, a conglomerate of many other ministries, was founded April 1977. It started as a protest against revival of Idolatry when Nigeria hosted the Second world Black Festival of Arts and Culture (FESTAC`77)
Since then it has been organizing Programmes in different parts of this country and the World in General by planting Churches and bringing Believers out of lethargy
and complacency. It has been in the front line, preaching about Sanctification and Holy living as a Pre-requisite for the kingdom of God. It has also maintained the importance of Faith and Love in every facet of Christian living. The consistency of Her Message over the years has endeared many to this organization. It is a Friend to all and an enemy to none. It co-operates with other Ministries to organize evangelistic programs from time to time. The Redeemed Christian Fellowship (RCF) is a National Student Fellowship existing in virtually every higher institution of learning in Nigeria and overseas under the control and coordination of Christ Redeemer’s Ministries, The Redeemed Christian Church of God, RCCG, Worldwide. Redeemed Christian Fellowship (RCF) has the aims and objectives of propagating the biblical Christian teaching of faith, love and holiness, thereby, promoting the spread of the gospel. It also has the aim of promoting the work of God on the campuses by raising true and devoted men and women who are filled with the Spirit of God. The Fellowship is aimed at uniting other Fellowships on campuses with e same similarities and objectives. The Redeemed Christian Corpers’ Fellowship (RCCF) is a group made up of serving Corp Members under the Nigerian National Youth Service Corps (NYSC). (A brief of what NYSC is about Tertiary Institution Graduates with Nigerian citizenship under the age of 30 years old are expected to undergo a compulsory service to country for a duration of 1 year. During the service year, Corp members are posted to various sectors: Agriculture, education, health, etc. For more info, click here). RCCF which is under the administration Christ Redeemers Ministry facilitates the amalgam of Corpers with a drive to community development and furthering the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ. Programs include: Evangelism; Healthcare; Rural Outreach (Rural Rugged); Gospel Concert; Drama; Welfare; and others.
