Plot twist: If you're in Christ, your identity isn't something you build. It's something you uncover.

No self-help hacks. No trying harder. Just a full reset.
You're not version 2.0 of the old you. You're new. Period.

Our hearts were set. Our voices were lifted. Our faith was anchored.

We came before God with earnest, persistent prayer not just in our quiet moments, but as we received His Word and leaned on the help of the Holy Spirit. We prayed knowing that His power is real and His presence is near.

And we’re not stopping here.

We remain committed to staying in prayer and staying in the Word. Because that’s where strength, direction, and breakthrough are found.

We prepared our hearts for prayer.

We prayed earnestly and persistently, not only through prayer but also through the preaching of God's Word, aided by the Holy Spirit and assured of God's power.

We are stewards of God's resources!!

"As Stewards of Christ" went further on Sunday as our woli~agba taught us on Stewards of God's resources.

God gives His resources to us for the furtherance of His work on earth, hence, we ought to use the resources to serve the gospel.

God wants us to trust Him for supply so that we can have to give for His work, His anointed and His children.

The man in Christ came in Sonship at salvation, God brought man into His family by the reason of the resurrected Christ.

We all spend time trying to “become someone.”
But here’s the truth: for the believer, identity isn’t built — it’s discovered *in Christ*.

This isn’t self-help. It’s a total identity reset. You’re not a better version of your old self — you’re brand new.

All May long we’re going deep on *THE MAN IN CHRIST*.

Sermon Note: Stewards of Christ ✝️

“It is only a foolish believer that will think that growth is not visible.”

As believers, we’re under expectations from every angle:
- Unbelievers are watching us
- Fellow believers are expecting something from us
- And God Himself has expectations from us

But here’s the heart of it: The highlight of a steward is that he or she is found faithful.

Stewardship isn’t about how much you have. It’s about what you do with what God has placed in your hands. His expectation for the resources, gifts, and time He’s given us? Multiplication.

You’re not just managing your life. You’re managing His.
So the question is — will you be found faithful today?

When God entrusts you with responsibility, it is not a test of what you lack, but an expression of trust in what He has already placed within you.

Faithfulness is not measured by the scale of the assignment, but by the integrity with which it is carried out.

Whether in a role, a relationship, a resource, or a season of life, steward it with diligence and care. The One who entrusted you sees how you uphold it. Be consistent, act with purpose, and guard what has been given to you—for it holds value.

True leadership begins with faithfulness in the small matters. It is this faithfulness that prepares you for what lies ahead.
