Happy New Year to you all beloved Cyonites of Warri Diocese 🙌

It is with a heart of thanksgiving to God Almight that I welcome you all to 2026; May this new year bring us good tidings and success in all our endeavors.

On behalf of the leadership of CYON Warri Diocese, I thank all Cyonites for your cooperation and unwavering support throughout the year 2025, your kindness, financial support and commitment to the growth of the youth Apostolate is visible and highly appreciated 👍 👌 Thank you for been part of this story 💕

CYON Family
The importance of this family can not be over emphasized, and so, the church in her wisdom has provided this platform for young people in our diocese and nation at large to grow. As we begin this year, I encourage you all to abreast yourself with the program of activities of this noble family, let's build a better and formidable family together 💪 as I hope to see you all in Sapele for the first Meeting of the year 2026🙏

Finally, I wish to encourage us to do our best for the youth Apostolate, let’s do it again and in a better way 🙌

Warri Diocese Cyon led by Ijesah O. Peter supervised Udu Deanery Election.
Indeed the end of one phase is the beginning of another, few days ago precisely Sunday 9th November 2025 at St Micheal catholic church DSC, the Cyonites of Udu Deanery elect for themselves new administrator after the expiration of the outgoing administration. The election which ended in jubilations was ably supervised by the diocesan leadership, representative from Agbarho deanery the person of Tega Mary & provincial representative, Mr Kendis Okolakpa.
In a statement by the Diocesan president, he appreciate the outgoing executives led by Mathew Idiowa for their selfless service & commitment towards building the youth Apostolate both at the parish, deanery and diocese at large, He congratulate the newly elected executives led by Hamilton Umunade and advised that the bar should be 🙌 raised.

In the spirit of thanksgiving, CYON Warri Diocese rejoice over the Reawakening of Obiaruku Deanery after a long struggle over the Years, in Diocesan executives led by Ijesah O. Peter the Diocesan president &Rev. Fr. Tega Louis Ogbeni the Diocesan Chaplain made a Reawakening visit to Obiaruku deanery inviting all youths from all parishes within the deanery for a progress talk. The meeting led to Election of new Executives.
