There was a moment in Scripture when Elijah sat under a tree and prayed that he might die. The pressure was heavy.
The opposition was exhausting. He felt alone and tired of the journey.
But God did not allow him to quit. Instead, He strengthened him for the road ahead. (1 Kings 19)
Many believers know what it means to start with passion, but somewhere along the way, weariness creeps in.
Delays happen, battles increase, prayers seem unanswered. Some quietly give up in their hearts even while still showing up physically.
But Hebrews 12:1 says, “Let us run with patience the race that is set before us.”
Galatians 6:9 also reminds us, “And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.”
The Christian race is not for those who begin alone, but for those who endure till the end.
Paul stood confidently and declared in 2 Timothy 4:7, “I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith.”
This Sunday, God is calling someone to rise again, strengthen weak hands, and keep moving forward. Your story is not over. Your race is not finished.
Join us this Sunday for a life-transforming service as Pst. Ime-Obong Etuk ministers on:
DON’T QUIT: FINISH YOUR RACE.
